It is situated in the prestigious Clear Creek community, conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 27 and US-192, ; minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and even post office just off the entrance of the community. WALMART is ONLY 2 miles away opens 24/7. Golf courses are very close by, too.

Our villa offers 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with private swimming pool to enjoy. There are 1 King and 1 Queen beds, 6 twin beds (2 twin beds can be easily converted to a King bed), as well as a fullsize sofa bed in the living room, all in good quality and much better than pictures show.

It is under great and professional management locally which provides responsive and responsible customer service to our guests.

All necessary amenities are provided, including cooking ultencils, and brand-name bedings, etc. It has a full kitchen, dinning and breakfast room/area, laundry room, large living room and generous common area.

The Villa is situated on the Clear Creek community in Clermont. Quietly located in a new development off Highway 27, 1 mile from US-192. Clear Creek is located Southwest of Disney and is only 12 minutes from Disney 's entrance. All the other theme parks are within easy reach. The villa is ideally located for access to over 150 quality golf courses, 1 hour drive to the East Coast Beaches, such as Cocoa or Daytona, just over an hour drive to the West Coast beaches of St Pete's or Clearwater.

It is ideally situated close to local shops and amenities with a Winn Dixie supermarket and a new Wal-Mart and Lowes only a few minutes drive away. Next to the Winn Dixie supermarket is a Post Office, Bank, Petrol station and take out food outlets. Within 5 minutes you can be surrounded by the many restaurants situated on US192. The choice of food offered in the area is extensive and to help you make up your mind why not take a look in our guest book.
