Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
Our beautiful newly renovated villa is situated in the peaceful development of Clear Creek, on Highway 27, Clermont, just 8 miles from the Disney area.
The villa features 5 bedrooms (with 2 Master Suites) and 3 full baths and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people (with the provided queen-sized airbed). Entire villa has been furnished with brand new luxury furniture and completed with high quality linens. Complete kitchen and dining facilities are provided for your convenience. Free wireless hi-speed Internet, free local and international (most countries are included) phone calls are also available for your communication requirement. The 360SF south facing private swimming pool and extended deck will provide more relaxing time for you and your family.
The Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with mixture of private residents and holiday lets. It is 1 mile north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27, and about 8 miles west of the Disney complex. It is also very conveniently located to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando.
There is a Super Walmart, which opens 24x7, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) and many more just outside of the Villa residential complex.

Hi Eric and Penny, A big 'THANK YOU', we sure enjoyed your home. I will be honest with you, I was a little worried when we first secured your home. I never did anything like this before and especially over the internet. But our concerns weren't necessary, your first phone call to us, you put me at ease right away, with your concern that everything was OK for us. Your home, sure made us feel that we were at our own home. I felt very comfortable here. The property we rented was a nice place. Had problems with the entry code when we first arrived, but we were able to get a prompt response to our situation. My family enjoyed the place and wished we had stayed longer. I didn't care for the community but the convenience of all the stores made it ok. Would recommend it to all and I look forward to hopefully staying again on my next visit.

The villa was great!! It was just as advertised. I really liked the villa and all the amenities. Also the villa was kept up and cleaned very well.
