NEWLY BUILT HOME!!! Prestigious Executive Villa upgraded, High Standard Furnishings and very spacious - 10 minutes from Disney! Close to the major attractions, our villa sleeps up to 8 people plus infant. Our home has Two King Sized bedrooms (both en suite)with one leading out to the sparkling pool area.The two twin bedroomsare bothed themed - Disney Princesses (a massive hit for the girls) and a Nautical Theme in the full/single Bunk Room. Our arge pool & Spa has FREE Solar Heating, and faces south west, meaning sunny all day!!!

We are VERY PROUD INDEED OF OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME which has Two living rooms- one offering a peaceful retreat - making it perfect for two families sharing or just for more space!!!

We have Free Phone calls Worldwide!!! Not forgetting our fantastic fully equipped Games Room: unlike other owners games rooms that only have the games tables, ours has a large screen TV, HiFi, DVD and Videa as well as PS2, plus a large selections of board games, toys and books for all guests - the youngest to the eldest!!!!

Child Safety is very important to us and so we provide FREEE - Wooden Cot/Playpen/stroller/Safety Fence around pool/Toddler Bedguards/HighChair/baby monitor.

There are too many amenities to list them all but make no mistake our vacation home is our pride and joy and we have made sure that we have not forgotten anything which will enhance our own vacations as well as all our guests!!!! WE WANT OUR GUESTS TO HAVE THE SAME QUALITY OF ACCOMMODATION AS WE WOULD EXPECT AS A FAMILY - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LESS!!

We decided to have Solar Heating installed to enhance our guests enjoyment of the pool and spa without always the need to pay extra for Electrical pool and spa heating. In order to keep the temperature up overnight the pool and spa blankets MUST be pulled accross, which keeps out the cold air from the water. If you wish you can top up the Solar Heating with additional electrical heating at an additional cost. The pool and spa is southwest facing, which means you get the sun all day long!! Our home is ideally situated for our guests to explore Florida, visit the parks or have a lazy holiday by their own pool and spa.

We can assure you that if you choose our villa then you will not be disappointed. Our property managers are really helpful and strive to offer the best service possible. They maintain our home to a very high standard, especially the cleanliness ' which we feel is most important! In fact all our feedback from guests this year has been wonderful, with a number of re-books already for next year.

Combine the Glenbrook Resort (Community Pool, Tennis, Volleyball, Media Room, Gym etc.) for our guests, along with the fabulous location; just a couple of minutes from some of the best shops, (A brand new Super Wal-Mart is only 1 minute away!) restaurants in the area, easy access to the parks, and only 10 minutes to Disneyworld.

This home was in the perfect location for our trip. We watched our daughter's college softball team compete at the NTC in Cleremont off US50.We were close to every type of restaurant and all the major attractions. It is a easy ride to the airport and the owners go out of their way to provide all the information you will need. The home is big and roomy and decorated nicely. The management team that cares for the house were very helpful and polite. We will let our family and friends know that this is a great way to enjoy a trip to Florida. Loved the pool and hot tub. The game room is great, wish we had time to use it. I liked how the doors alert you when some one opens them.Nice safety feature.

We just got back yesterday from Florida. We had a wonderful time and your house is beautiful. Everything was wonderful. You do provide so much for your guest. We restocked a few things and left some extras of stuff. I am so glad how close it was to Disney World. My 4 1/2 year old LOVED the pool. We let him go in right before we left for our journey home. And even when we got home he asked to go in the pool. We told hime he could start walking now and that he might get there by the time he is 10.

So just wanted to thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time.

Thankyou we loved every minute of the holiday and will be doing it again, I have never been away and not wished I was going home after 7 days I didn't want to come home at all(I) loved bucsh gardens, sea world, discovery cove, Animal kingdom and enjoyed universal, I love anything animal and drove the kids mad with the dolphins at seaworld they keep telling everyone I spent more on feeding the dolphins than them lol, I think next time we will get the walkie talkies they all seem to have then they can go on all the rides and I can do my thing I went on a few rides but a bit scarey for me. Thanks again Chris I will let you know when cheque arrives and we will definatley be in touch about booking the villa again

Your villa was fabulous - everything we could possibly want and more!!! Kids loved the pool and games room - I loved the spa!!
We decided in the end to stay in the area for the second week instead of going to the coast and found another villa locally - very nice but not as nice as yours. I will be recommending your villa to anyone who I know that will be visiting Florida.
