Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

THE VILLA HAD 6 BEDROOMS, THREE BATHS, 16 BY 32 FOOT ENCLOSED POOL. THERE ARE TVS/DVD/VCR IN EAAH BEDROOM. THE FAMILY ROOM HAS A 50 INCH PROJECTION TV SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM AND DVD PLAYER. WIRELESS INTERNET IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THERE ARE FANS IN ALL OF THE BEDROOMS, KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. DOUBLE FRENCH DOORS LEAD TO THE POOL FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM, KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM. MUSIC/INTERCOM ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHT THE HOUSE AND LANAI. THE KITCHEN IS FILLY FURNISHED WITH COFFEE MAKER, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER,TOASTER, BLENDER, ICE MAKER, GARBAGE DISPOSAL.. ALL LIMNENS ARE SUPPLIED. WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. THERE IS A GAME ROOM IN THE GARAGE WITH A POOL TABLE, DARTS, GAMES AND FOOZBALL. THE PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY 4/5 FOOT HEDGING FOR PRIVACY.tHERE IS A GAS FIRED bbq AVAILABLE.
THE HOUSE IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE WITH LARGE DOOR OPENINGS AND ACCESSIBLE SHOWER.A CRIB AND STROLLER ARE AVAILABLE.

BEYOND A DREAM

I don't know were to start. This home was amazing and so were the owners! Poor Mike was probably sick of me emailing him. He answered "ALL" my emails, questions and made sure any problems were taken care of like "RIGHT NOW!" Never had better service any where! The home is so well stocked with bedding,towels,wash clothes, beach towels,dishes,silverware,cooking pots/pans! Had no need to buy any of those things. The decor is beautiful! We had 7 children,7 adults and did great. Broke nothing! We liked it so much we already reserved it for next year. We've been doing this for years and if I would have found Mike and Karens place first I'd have never went any place else! The pool area was fantastic. Lots of chairs, 2 tables, (which we have never had) It just fit all of us wonderfully! If you don't try this home you won't know what your missing! Please just don't rent it the same time we want it! LOL

This place is awesome. The owner Mike has a great place. Close to everything if Disney is your goal , and real close to Rt.192 where if it's not there you don't need it. The management company that Mike uses is top notch. You can call them for any of your needs , they are great people with a great English accent! I highly recomend this house if your destination is Florida.
