Deposits: A deposit of $150 per week is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable unless we find another booking. The balance of the rental cost will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your vacation commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Other Fees: optional pool and spa heat: $120 per week ($17 per day) Stays of 4 or 5 nights have an additional a $90 cleaning fee Security deposit of $250 returned within 2-4 weeks of departure.

Great Location, Comfortable Home

This was just perfect for the group of seven that ranged from the ages of 62 down to 7. The pool was a hit though we did sign up for the heated spa but didn't get it - we were not charged for it at the end. Driving to & from the Disney Parks was very easy & even fairly quick from the house with the owner providing some back road directions. Grocery stores handy & also Walmart being about five minutes away. We bought souvenirs there instead of expensive ones in the parks. We did lock ourselves out one day but the rental agency had it unlocked & the key in the lockbox by the time we got home late that night. Great service. A couple of items in the kitchen didn't work but nothing major & we pretty much only used it for breakfast & a couple of dinners. It was supplied completely with dishes & utensils for our purpose. The biggest complaint would be that several lights were out including the porch light so it was pretty dark when we got home. We changed those that we could. I would rent this place again & may do so in a couple of years when I bring two high school graduates to Disney World. The price was excellent, providing lodging for seven people.

The house was excellent and just what we hoped for. We loved the location.It was close to everything and just far enough away to keep you out of the hub bub. Great place to stay I highly recomend this house and location.

I rented the house for a week for me, my daughter, my sister and her three kids. There was a lot of space so we didn't feel cramped with each other. I had one of the Master bedrooms and my sister took the other Master bedroom. The kids shared the other two bedrooms. The house was sparkling clean and there was plenty already there for the family to entertain themselves. The kids loved the pool table best. We didn't get to use the pool much because it rained off and on almost the whole week we were there. Only on the last day it was sunny enough to use the pool. Thank you so much for letting us use your home.

A very nice home , lots of room for everyone. Close to shopping and Disney and all local attractions. Facilaties at club house very helpful . Pool was enjoyed by the grandkids . We had a great time ,even on rainny days

This property was well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family and I really liked that it had two master suites with King beds, and the decor was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed staying there very much. The only reason we don't give it 5 stars was because the fire detector starting beeping the first night, and it was too high on the lofted ceiling to get without a ladder, so we had to hear it beep all night. Also the heated pool wasn't turned on the first day, but all was resolved by the next day. We liked having the property management available in case something was wrong, and they were very helpful during business hours. During our booking process, the owners were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would certainly recommend this property.
