Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

The luxury, fully air conditioned villa features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This villa has 2 master suites, each of which has an en-suite bathroom and a LCD TV. It also has another bedroom with queen bed. The kid’s bedrooms are decorated with Disney theme that we are sure your kids will love. Our villa is also baby friendly with a crib, high chair and stroller for your convenience free of charge.

After a busy day in the theme park, you can come back home to have extra fun in the game room or playing video game with Nintendo Game cube, or surf the web with your own laptop with high speed internet. You can also relax in your private screened swimming pool and spa in a fenced backyard with your own complete privacy, and enjoy a drink in a covered patio/lanai by the pool. For your children's safety, pool alarms are installed on all patio doors that give access to the lanai to alert you if your child tries to access the pool area.

Our living room has sofa and 42 inch LCD TV, DVD player, and Game Cube. You can make free long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.

During your stay at the villa, you'll have the choice eating at the nearby restaurants or call for pizza delivery. If you prefer, you can do your own grocery shopping in the supermarket at the entrance of the community. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need, includes large refrigerator/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. It can comfortably seat four people at a large breakfast table.

All linen and towels are provided for your use.

It is located on the established, quiet residential community of Clear Creek. It is just 1 mile off Hwy 192, and situated about 8 miles from the gate of Disney World. That is only 10 to 15 minutes drive that you can come back for a nap time and go back to the park later in the afternoon. At the entrance to community, you will find Wal-mart, Winn Dixie supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, gas station, hair dresser, bank, and plenty of restaurants. For golfers, there are also many golf courses within 10 miles.

5 BD sleeps 12 people, beautifull decorated, lots of TVs, roomy, pool, very reasonbly priced, great location with variety of stores nearby, owner and manager very accomodating and friendly, definitely choose again
