Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
The pool area has a great view of the lake behind the house. Our large pool has a screened enclosure to keep the bugs out and allows you to enjoy the spacious lanai in comfort. The pool area receives sunshine throughout the day and there is a covered Lanai area where you can eat out doors if you wish. For child safety there are alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool area.
For the littlest guests we offer a highchair, stroller, port-a-crib.
Keep your eyes open for Sandhill cranes. On weeknds watch for hot air ballons.

We had such a great time at the house, it was clean, the pool was warm, it was close to everything like the owner said it would be. every night we came home the kids would go for a swim..If we decide to visit again we will be renting this house it was amazing.. This was our first experience renting home instead of a hotel...We will never stay in a hotel again!!!. I have already forwarded my experience with friends and family so that they too can have the ultimate vacation over staying in a small hotel room...It was cheaper and far more accomadating than a hotel....The home was cleaned spotlessly...We had the aroma of bleach from the bathrooms the minute we entered and was told by the neighbors that the cleaning company was in that day..The owners provided plenty of dishes, pans and linens...The experience was far better than i could have hoped for...This is the way to enjoy your vacation!!!!

No bad reviews ..house was exactly as expected. Good value. Excellent location ..close to major attractions. Clean well kept house. Only complaint was that the alarm system kept going off (beeping). Called to have it looked after ....a lady came and pressed some buttons but it kept going off ...we were told to press a certain button to stop it when it started beeping but it was annoying to have to get up at 2 and 6 in the morning to press a button to make it stop. Hopefully the system has been looked after and the next guests will not have to deal with this one little annoyance. Other than that one little complaint the house was exceptional. Enjoyed our time and would go back!

Every winter we have a vacation in Orlando, and with this property we accomplish over our expectations. Large enough, very intimate, lots of personal touch by the owner. Shopping area very close and abundant, and the pool very handy when the temp even in February is too warm (88). Great place. A place to remember. The house was exactly what we have seen on the internet, so there was no surprise at arrival. Couple of things that needs to be addressed: - there is a note in the house when you enter that guests need to call the 1-888 number to advise our arrival, so we did but the number was no longer in service???? - the last time the house was rented was in October 2011 and someone came and did the cleaning when these guest left but they should of came back a day or two before our arrival because it was very dusty, there was some dead bugs on the floor and the bath in one of the bathroom was dirty so no one came to clean that house before our stay. Beside that, we were very satisfied, the house has everything we needed and it was our first experience and we have enjoyed that concept very much. We will rent again for sure.

A Nice Place to Stay

Owners were very helpful and straightforward. Excellent value and a nice drive to both Disney and Universal Studios. It is also nice as it is a little distance from the busier Disney home neighbourhoods. Excellent access to shopping, Walmart SuperCentre is 3 minutes away. I recommend Godfather's Pizza and Dunkin Donuts from the Hess Station on 192 and Highway 27. Excellent accomodation was more than comfortable for our family of 6. Wonderful pool and the BBQ made for a great stay.

My husband and I are originally from Orlando and moved out of state in 2000. Most of our immediate family are still in Central Florida and we have many friends there as well. We wanted to stay in a home that would be easily accessible and accomodating for friends and family to come visit. This home is beautiful and well kept. It is very convenient to Disney and the Disney area's unique restaurants and shopping. The layout of this house is such that it would provide privacy for two sets of adults traveling together. The pool area is clean and well maintained. We brought some kitchen items from home however the kitchen was so well-stocked that the only thing I used of my own was a crockpot. My husband and I will definately check on the availability of this house on our next visit to Florida.
