Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

This new large 4-bedroom and 3 baths villa is located in the famous Hamlet@WestHaven resort community in Davenport, next to Champions Gate complex and Omni resort, off I-4 (exit #58), just 10 minutes from Disney World. The Publix, super Wal-Mart and many other stores and restaurants are all close by.

The villa has a large private pool and hot spa, screened with great privacy. There are one king master en-suite, one queen bedroom with private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each has two twin beds and share the 3rd bathroom.

There is a large 16ft ceiling great room, a large full loaded kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, and separate laundry room of washer and dryer.

There are total 5 Plasma TVs and cable in this villa, free high-speed internet and WiFi, DVD and phones (free long-distance). A game room with pool table and air hockey.

All linens and towels are provided. Local management company is 24/7 available.
