Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
This villa is special vacation home. Not only does the villa have exceptional facilities the location is perfect. Unlike most communities in the Orlando area, the High grove Community has the benefit of having everything you need on your doorstep. There are several bars, restaurants, fast-food restaurants and a 24 hour running Walmart, all on the doorstep of the community. The High grove community also offers guests free use of the larger pool, clubhouse with gym and game room, and playground. The villa provides an open-plan feel while pool area has a covered lanai to ensure you can enjoy the shade as well as the sun. There are one king master bedroom with en-suite facilities, two queen bedrooms, two other bedrooms with two twin beds in each room, and a queen sleeper in living room. Kids would love this villa, as the games room has lots to do. Other facilities are: high speed internet access; grill, high chair/stroller/crib free of charge; cable TV; DVD.
Area Description
Right at the corner of hwy 192 and 27; gated community; close to Disney with 6 miles drive away, and Universal Studios a further few miles away; near Publix, Walmart and many other shops within a mile. On the doorsteps of the community there are restaurants, fast food, bars while just few hundred meters down the road, there is the Cagan's Crossing shopping plaza. Many Golf clubs are a few miles drive away.
