Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

Lakeside Villa is nestled on the popular Sunrise Lakes location, just 7 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this elegant vacation home overlooks the lake with stunning views, and is perfect for extended family vacation groups, sleeping up to 10 guests.
The games room has tournament size Ping-Pong table and foosball.
The Villa has Wireless High Speed Internet

Lakeside Villa has a vaulted family room with two sofas, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a cable TV, VCR, DVD and sound system so you or the kids can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music
that you love. The lounge opens out to the shaded lanai, which opens into the sparkling, refreshing pool and deck that are the perfect place for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-loungers and soak in the rays, or take a cooling soak in the water. If you want to totally relax, why not spend some time in our bubbling spa pool, which is sure to ease out any aches from days walking around the attractions and theme parks! The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at Lakeside Villa includes 2 master bedrooms, each with
vaulted ceilings, The first features a sleep-soft, King-size bed, TV/VCR, night-stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, plus closet space, and a private master bathroom with vanity basins, toilet and bath/shower. The second master enjoys a Queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser and closet space, plus an adjacent master bathroom. There are two further spacious bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, night-stand with lamp, dresser and closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with vanity, bath/shower and toilet.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need for a
quick and tasty snack, or that specially prepared romantic dinner. Choose to eat in the informal dining area or the shaded lanai with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Area Information

The Villa is located in the popular Sunrise Lakes subdivision. The subdivision has walking trails, kids play lots and a clubhouse with a pool. It is a walking distance from restaurants and shopping centers. The new Cagan center (with restaurants and shopping)and Walmart are only a mile away. The villa is easily accessible to hwy 192 and hwy 27, and only 7 miles from Disney and Hwy 4.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in March 2012. There were 3 adults and no children. Everything we needed and then some was available. The home is laid out nicely and has a small pond backing the property. Even though there are homes on all sides, the neighbors were very quiet and we had plenty of privacy. The pool is clean and has an attached hot tub which we enjoyed. The gounds are well maintained. We found the inside of the house tidy and clean. As in all rental homes, the sofa looked to be new but you can tell it has been used alot. The area rugs were clean and not worn. It is nicely decorated. It could use some upgrades like ceiling fans in the twin bedrooms, new shower heads, new patio blinds and a few areas, a touch of paint. For a rental home, it has stood up remarkably well. My hat's off to the owner, Elias, you can see pride in this house thoughout. The furniture is of a higher standard and we found the beds very comfortable. There are lots of nearby places to dine out and a Walmart is only 1 mile away. We noticed that the community has camera surveillance which gave us some extra peace of mind and made up for it not be gated. If you like to lay in the sun, there are two loungers but it could use two more. The sun comes up on the back of the house and stays around until about 4:00 ish. You will have to move your chair about inorder to take full advantage. We found that the garden hose had a lock on it. We were not able to wash the deck off or add water to the pool. When we inquired about it with the person who came by to clean it, he said it was regulation that it be locked and not available to renters. We found that strange but accepted his answer. It would be nice to have a outside hose available for those who like to keep the deck clean between pool cleaning visits. The price for this home was lower than most of the other homes we looked at. For what this house offered, it is a bargain. You won't find quaility like this anywhere else for what we paid. It even has a game room in the garage. I recommend you rent this place and treat it as your own because I would like to find it in the same condition or better for my next visit to Florida. June Rouleau

Great Rental House

This was a great house and very spacious! There was 3 adults and 3 kids and more then enough room to move around. It definatly was a plus to have 3 bathrooms so the kids could have their own. Would definatly stay there again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

This home met all of our families needs. We are a family of 6 with the kids ages ranging from 10-15. The heated pool was a big hit for them as they were swimming before 8 in the morning; would recommend pool heat even though you are in Florida as you never know what the weather will be like. The bedrooms were all a good size and having the 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. This home was spotless. We found the location excellent. Just minutes away from where we wanted to go. It was literally 12 minutes from our door to Magic Kingdom entrance and we found the traffic minimal. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends and we ourselves are talking about renting it again next year. One more thing is the owner, Elias was great to deal with. Answered any questions we had and was always done in a timely manner.

Great house. GLad we paid the extra money to have the pool heated. Having the pool just outside the LR area was absolutely super for excercising and for the kids after a long day at Disney Parks. Would definitely rent this house again--it had everything we needed plus!

The home was extremely neat and clean upon arrival. The home had all the amenities necessary that fulfilled all of our needs during our stay. The area is desireable, quiet, and convenient to shopping, and highway. The home is as beautiful as the pictures display. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely consider this place for my family and friends again in the future.
