Newly renovated, 3200 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms villa is in a Cul-de-sac, very quite and private. Security system with 24/7 monitoring provides great safety in mind. It is a great private home for a large group and family reunion. This 2-story villa is family orientated, safe and clean, with full air-condition and south-facing private pool, Jacuzzi and lanai. it is an ideal place to relax after an exciting day in the theme parks.

Area Information

Sunrise Lakes is situated off US Highway 27 close proximity to 192 and Disney area which is about 10 to 15 minutes drive. This is a mixed community of rental and residential dwellings. It is approximately 9-20 miles to local attractions of central Florida.
Sunrise Lakes is an exclusive, quiet community, and very well maintained. The homes are well designed to the high standards to suit all tastes. For the golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public.

There were 12 of us in the house and it never felt cluttered. The house was beautiful, spacious,and clean. We had a better time at the house than at the parks. Location is execellent, all the parks are within 25 minutes. We had a great time

We loved this house. My husband and I along with a group of friends went and stayed. The house was huge and very clean. The beds were comfortable. No complaints at all we will go through Jerry from now on. Thank you so much already looking forward to next year.

Relaxation at its best

House was very beautiful and well kept. Nice to have lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, grill was great and pool was awesome. Enjoyed having he kids rooms made up in Mikey and Barbie/princes. Game cube was an added bonus. Plenty of towels for our use. Disney litterly around the corner as well as a Super Wal-Mart to stock up on groceries. Only negative is that there is no railing to get in and out of pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the week and would like to book again in the future.

House was clean and very spacious we had 5 adults and four kids, and we never were in each others way. Less than 15 minute drive to Disney. Pool was great for kids!! I would recommend it highly, we had a problem with the AC unit and called the property manager at about 10:30 pm and someone wwas there in under 20 minutes and got it fixed.

Great Place To Stay

Boy was I impressed when I opened the door to this home. It was very clean and very spacious. We had a party of nine adults and children, and I must say this home was more than enough room for us all. The kitchen was spacious and every appliance we needed was right there at our fingertips. The pool area was awesome. It wasn't too big and it wasn't too small. I loved the fact that there was a fence around it. It put me at ease knowing my children could not enter without an adult removing the fencing. I've stayed in a few vacation homes in the past, but I have never had a property manager as attentive as this one. Anytime my husband had a question he was right there to answer it. We called him for a grill after we had arrived. He told us he'd have it to us in two hours. It was at the house on the patio within the hour. He was very polite and made it clear to us that he he was there to assist us with whatever we needed. We visited Disney while we were in Flordia and this home was a hop, skip, and a jump away from the park. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to another vacationer. On our next trip to Flordia I fully intend to contact this property manager again. Thanks for making our vacation a great one.

Very Nice Home

this is a very nice home. It is large and was perfect for our family. We had space and did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was nice to be able to grill out and enjoy the company. Our grandchildren loved the pool. The only problem we had the owner straightened out for us immediately- he is excellent to work with.
