Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
This relaxing getaway is situated on a large corner plot within a conservation area, at Clear Creek, Clermont. The large south east facing pool and spa can be heated for those cooler months and the oversize pool deck has ample sun beds for capturing those Florida rays, as well as a large patio table for al fresco dining under the covered Lanai. There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, (2 of which are en-suite), villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It is beautifully decorated and updated with comfy, attractive sofas in the TV lounge as well as the formal lounge, gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window treatments throughout. As well as the lounge, all four bedrooms have HD cable TV and DVD players. Bring your laptop and make use of the free wireless internet and if you need to phone home then there are free telephone calls to the UK as well as calls within the US and other worldwide destinations. The Games Room houses the 8ft slate pool table, air hockey table and electronic dartboard. Try you hand at fishing in the pond behind the villa as we provide a couple of rods just for that pleasure. For those quiet nights in we have a selection of DVD's, books, boardgames and Wii console with Wii sports game. There is a separate utility room for the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and free use of safe. Although there are many restaurants and eateries nearby, if you want to have the ultimate family BBQ, we have a splendid Gas BBQ just for that occasion!

The famous Disney Theme Parks are just a 10 minute drive away and Universal Studios and Sea World about 35 minutes drive.
If beaches are your thing, then just a 1 hour drive takes you to Tampa and Clearwater to the west and if heading east, the famous Cocoa and Daytona Beaches.
There are an abundance of Golf Courses within easy driving distance.

Fabulous, comfortable villa!

We stayed in this villa for about 8 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were extremely comfortable. The home is very spacious and has all the comforts you require. The kids loved the pool area, which is very private and had plenty of pool toys. We used the kitchen often to prepare breakfast and dinner, and it was more than adequately stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Everthing was quite perfect and exceeded our expectations. VERY friendly helpful owners and property managers! I will definitely be coming back to this villa on our next family vacation!

Very recently back from our stay in this lovely villa. It is close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The owners are great to deal with, as is the management company who accomodated our unique arrival time (7am) and worked hard to let us check in early so we could get some sleep after a long red eye flight. My wife, 1 year old daughter and myself stayed at this villa for 1 week in January 2013. Everything exceeded expectations and it was the perfect way to do a Florida vacation. We loved the amount of space in the villa, the quiet location, awesome pool and well equipped kitchen. The property management company was also great and came by on our second day there to ensure that everything was in order. They also happily increased the temperature of the pool by a couple of degrees to make it more comfortable. The icing on the cake were the two cranes that came by the house every morning at 8am to catch some frogs and fish in the pond. The villa is an exceptional value and we would recommend it to anyone.

This was our second visit to this villa and it was even better than the first! The owners Sally & Derek are so helpful and give all the information needed to take away any pre-travel worries. Once there their management team, Ian and Sandra could not be more helpful! The villa was just as lovely as we remembered and the pool area beautiful and so welcome after a busy day out or just to enjoy on the lazy days too.. Easy access to all the attractions and 5 mins from loads of great eating places. When we return to Florida it will definitely be to this villa.

Spacious home on a corner lot, with great amenities and location. The pool is wonderful, the game room is fun, and all the kitchen is fantastic. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby, and we really appreciated the space and privacy this villa offers. We hope to stay here again in the future. The management company is great as well-very attentive and helpful.

Just returned from a two week stay at this Villa and agree with all the reviews that I read in advance of booking that this is indeed a great place to stay. In the lead up to our trip Sally was fantastic in the way she dealt with us. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very efficient and responsive to any requests we made. The property is great and caters for everything a family would need. We did do a number of the theme parks but did also spend a lot of time around the pool which is wonderful. We got a lot of use of the BBQ especially after long days at the parks. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the management are available and responsive (Ian also gave us some decent tips about the Theme Parks). There is no downside to this property. I believe a car is needed but I would imagine thats the case pretty much for any stay in Orlando. All in all top marks for a wonderful holiday and would definitely book this Villa again when we return.

The house was great for the 4 of us .Great spread out sleeping arrangements for a peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast and snack bar chairs could be a bit sturdier but everything else was great. The owner Sally was fantastic to deal with, she had an answer for all of our questions almost immediately. Would consider staying again.

My family (husband and daughter) and another family (2 adults and 2 children) recently stayed in this home. When I was searching for our vacation home, the pictures of this one stood out more than any of the others. The pictures don't do this house justice. It is a beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was well supplied with any kind of utensil we needed. The kids really enjoyed the game room. It was great to have a TV in every room as well. We were even able to get in the pool in November!! The neighborhood was equally great! I would recommend this house to anyone!!

WHAT A VILLA was very spacious clean,tidy,and was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed.close to all disney parks,supermarket and places to eat[ a favourite being sante fe ]all very close by.had all the information we could possibly need from sally before we left ,so finding places and the villa wasnt a problem.absolutely loved the quiet ,tranquil surroundings of where the villa was situted,was a pleasure to return home after a busy day at the parks.the kids loved the games room, the wi,the pool inflatables,the jacuzzi,the disney teddies in their bedroom,the wildlife they came across{the crane family,frogs, ducks, buzzards,lizzards,and of course the little aligator situated in the lake]WAS APLEASURE TO STAY HERE and will definetly be back.

From the moment we found the villa I was very impressed with Sally’s quick and informative responses to all my questions. We were extremely excited about going on our first trip to Florida with the kids (12yrs & 13 ½ yrs) and on arrival we were ALL enchanted by the villa. So much so before the week was out we booked it for next year! It is SO beautifully decorated, in all of the rooms, and all with beautiful pieces of furniture! And the comfy beds were heavenly!! The kitchen was very well equipped (husband a French chef and very fussy!), and we appreciated the games in the garage and the Wii and board games. For a holiday rental it really is decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. Being a holiday in Florida of course we spent a lot of time visiting the parks which were very close by, but due to the comfort and luxury of the villa we really enjoyed “staying in” and relaxing by the pool and watching the ‘wildlife’. Young crocodile in the little lake that was indeed more scared of us! And the crane that would come and visit each day! The villa was perfectly located with the pond and trees beyond. The management company looking after the villa was very friendly and helpful too. I can only say you will not be disappointed if you book this villa – I’m sure you will be as delighted with it as we were. Thanks Sally! And we can’t wait to come back next year!

This villa is exactly as described "Stunning". It is beautiful yet comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The pool area is glorious. Returning to this after a day at a Theme park was a pleasure. The owners Sally and Derek ensured we had all the necessary info to arrive safely from the airport and to find our way around to local restaurants within 2-15 mins drive away, local supermarkets and take-a-ways that would deliver to the villa. Their Agents on site Ian and Sandra were so helpful and pleasant. If you are going to Orlando to "do" the Theme Parks or just to relax then this is the place for you! You won't get better than this!

We absolutely loved our almost 2 weeks stay in this villa. This is the perfect villa to relax after long and warm days in the parks. Nice and quiet neighborhood. They also have a good Management Company. A large amount of towels in the house were very convenient. We can highly recommend this villa. We hope to be back.

Our family truly enjoyed our vacation. The home is beautiful and it was like staying at a resort. The view from the lanai is breath taking at night as the sun is setting.You can tell Sally and her husband take pride in their property. From the beautiful bedding and quality furniture to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook and serve meals. We felt very much at home. The mangement team were very gracious and even personally delivered a package we had shipped to their office. A simply superb villa

We had a superb vacation at this excellently appointed fully equiped villa. From the first inquiry we were sent fast friendly emails by Sally and Derek. Before arriving we were sent a visiors pack and driving directions from the airport. We were very impressed with the wonderful views from this peaceful villa overloking a large well stocked pond and we found it to have lovely furnishings and to be well maintained. It offers a very good games room including dart board air football and a full size pool table. Good restaurants are a five minute drive away as is the twenty four hour supermarket. The theme parks are an easy twenty minute drive if you can tear yourself away from the villa. Our family has a suprb vacation and look forwrd to our next visit.

Fantastic Holiday in Exceptional Villa

We have recently returned from a 2 week holiday in Clermont. The villa is extremely spacious and exceptionally well equipped. All 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is gorgeous - perfect for relaxing in after busy days at the theme parks which are all within easy reach as are many restaurants. The area around the villa is beautiful and very well cared for. It is also quiet. The children loved the games room and enjoyed playing on the Wii. On a very boring note I was very pleased that there were superb clothes washing facilities which meant that washing once home (always the worst part of the holiday) was minimal. The letting agency were polite and helpful when we registered. I would highly recommend a say in this villa and we will definitely be rebooking in the future.

WOW, what can I say about this villa.. I didnt want to leave. It was fabulous. Beautifully decorated. Extremely homey & comfortable & plenty of room. Convenient to everything, we went to Disney & made it there in 10 mins flat, we went to Honeymoon Island,(Tampa) & made there in 45 minutes. I love this home & so did my entire family.. :) I have no complaints with the home. A few issues were relayed to the magmt co, as I am sure they are the responsible party. All in all I would reccomend this villa to anyone who loves 5 star quality homes.. Simply Fabulous..

This villa was spacious,modern, and has a great location! 8 of us stayed here and not once felt at all on top of one another it was superb in size! kids loved the games room and loved to fish in the pond/lake literally just outside! Walmart not far away gave us a great opportunity to use the really good sized bbq! pool was superb with plenty of sunbeds and seating. On our return to Florida i will definately book this villa again!

We had a great vacation. The home is clean and the pool is wonderful. Sally, the owner is perfect. She made sure that everything was great for our vacation. She really cares. I would absolutely stay here again. I have three boys. They enjoyed fishing out back. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was great. The pool was nice and warm.
