Glenbrookresortvilla is our 1600 sq.ft. executive air-conditioned villa. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, games room, free WiFi, heated swimming pool & spa and an extended deck with covered lanai/patio, Gas BBQ and lots of privacy (no rear neighbors).
The moment you step in our villa you feel home from home. Our spotless, very tasteful decorated and luxurious villa is the perfect place to give you the calm and rest that you will need after those long days at the attractions.
SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Now accepting booking for winter 2014. (monthly rates starting at $2200). Early winter booking is recommended.
The family-room has a large 42" LCD-TV, with digital interactive cable television, including video on demand/pay per view and a DVD-Home Theater System with some DVD movies. More DVD-movies can be borrowed for free in the Glenbrook community clubhouse.
The villa offers free WiFi Internet access (don't forget to bring your laptop)and free international phone-calls within the US & Canada and Western Europe..
The Games room offers a pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts and a TV with DVD and a Sony PlayStation 2 game-console with several games. Additional games can be borrowed for free in the Glenbrook community clubhouse.
The Master bedroom with En-Suite master bathroom, has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and two bedrooms both have twin beds. One of the bedroom is Disney themed.Two cribs and high chairs are available free of use.
All bedrooms have their own TV (some with VCR) and a walk in closet.
Compare the enlarged patio, pool deck & the new luxury patio furniture to other homes and you will see why our villa is the perfect place to relax, have dinner and lunch outside, or experience a romantic evening and watch the nightly Disney fireworks from your pool deck.
Area Information
It has its own Clubhouse and offers several facilities, like a communal pool, tennis court, volleyball field, children's playground, gym, lounge and games-room, free DVD's and Playstation games, Internet PC & printer. All facilities are free of use.
The area of US-27 and US-192 is the perfect spot for shopping and a variety of very good restaurants. Some of them even within walking distance. The nearest Super Wal-Mart (24/7) is only a 2 miles drive!
Orlando International Airport is a 40 minutes drive. Sanford at 60 munutes. Walt Disney World is at only 8 miles (15 minutes). All other attractions, like Universal Studios (Harry Potter), Sea World, Designer Outlet Malls, Florida Mall and Millennia Mall are a short 25 minutes drive.
The new Legoland Florida (opens November 2011) is at 20 minutes.
Within 60 minutes you are at Kennedy Space Centre and the tropical beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico.
GOLF. Many fantastic golf courses are within easy reach and a short drive.

The house was clean and there was plenty of things for the kids to do. Love the pool and the game room. I highly recommend this villa. The pool was warm and the Jaccuzzi was around the same temp as the pool. Kids loved it. Thank you :)

Beautiful home, very clean and well organized. The play area with pool table and air hockey table kept the kids entertained. The heated pool was wonderful. Only 15 minutes from Disney. We had a fantastic time!

Excellent Villa!

Our vacation time at this villa was excellent in every way. On our arrival we found the villa spotless. It has a very attractive layout and is very well furnished, including for small children and a baby. It had ample amounts of kitchen equipment and appliances. We especially appreciated the pool and large poolside patio, also well equipped. The location was very convenient for getting grocery supplies and other services, yet far enough from tourist crowds to be quiet and relaxing. We also appreciated the professional way in which the owners handled all arrangements. Replies to email requests were always very prompt. The materials they sent were clear and helpful, and they made the rental process very easy. We have been renting villas in this area for several years now. This one has to be the nicest we have used.

Our Off Season Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The services were more than sufficient, and the location was convenient for sight-seeing and shopping. While the villa is situated close to other homes, this wasn't a problem off season. We took advantage of the patio/hot tub for lounging and the game room for family fun. I would recommend the villa to my friends.
