Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
Master bedroom consists of king-size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet area. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, radio alarm clock, cable TV, and is next to the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a well furnished twin-bedded room and has a CD stereo. Bedroom 4 is a nicely furnished twin room.
Nicely appointed Family Room with 42" TV, Nintendo Wii console and DVD player. Separate Living Room with cable TV and PlayStation 2. Dining area with formal dining table seating up to 6 people. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar.
All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Telephone with free local calls. Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet - this includes washer, dryer, ironing and airing equipment.
Gas barbecue available at no charge.
We offer cleaning service during your stay. This can either be just bed linen change, bathroom cleaning and general tidy-up for $45 or a full cleaning of the villa for $80. This service can be booked in advance or during your stay.
Welcome Packs include bread, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs and water and are supplied and placed in the villa prior to your arrival at a cost of $15. Should you require any additional items, these will be purchased 'at cost' plus an additional charge of $5.
We provide a home away from home with everything you need for a fun-filled, relaxing vacation.

We were well pleased with everything about the week in this Villa. It was our first time to rent a home. We usually stay in hotels during our yearly Jan visit to Central Florida for most of the past 30 years. The owners made the whole experience pleasant from the reservation to the final transaction for the refund of the cleaning deposit. The home was exactly as shown on the virtual tour on the website. We knew exactly what to expect. We found the home well kept and well maintained. We could not have expected it to be any cleaner than it was the day we arrived. It is in a safe quiet neighborhood. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. We used this as a base and were able to visit all sites we like in the area. The location has easy access to I-4 which takes you close to all Central Florida attractions. There are convenience stores within 2 miles and shopping and restaurants galore within 5-8 miles on US192. If the home is the correct sze for you and the location works for you, DO NOT hestitate renting from this owner. I'm sure you will be pleased. I look forward to renting it again next year.

My family of 6 stayed here for our trip to Islands of Adventure. Having previously stayed in the hotels closer to the parks, I was at first concerned about the long drive. I was pleasantly surprised that the drive only took about 25 minutes. If you prefer peace and quiet to the loud and busy International Drive area consider this home rental instead. The house is very spacious, very modern - kept clean with a luxurious touch that you will feel right at home. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Highly recommended rental!

We had a wonderful time, home was very spacious for 2 families, we did not feel crowded at all. Only thing is that there was no detergent to wash sheets and no dish washer tablets, but, other than that everything was great.

We stayed in this villa for 10 days with one couple and 3 male friends. We choose this villa because it had a pool, 2 bathrooms, sufficient bed rooms and a game room. Also the distance to Orlando theme parks was quite convenient, and Wall Mart is close by. The house was very well maintained overall and we enjoyed the nice pool, the well equiped kitchen and the nice bathrooms. The service of the villa was very well done, when a ironing board broke down it was replaced straight away the next day. The only thing that did not fully live up to our expectation was the game room, where we expected the pool table and air hockey in a slightly better state. Other than that we had a fantastic stay at this villa and we can definitely recommend it to others!

We spent our vacations in this Villa, we were 8 people and all of us had a great time in there!!!... The house is very confortable, and very clean, the pool is very nice and the villa has a good location, when we get there we were very pleased cause the house is nicer than we spect and it looks like better than the pictures we saw., very close to Disney and to the atractions.... I recommended this place!!!
