Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

Our recently purchased, beautiful 4 bed room, 2.5 bath house offers cable TVs in all rooms, high speed wireless internet, free national phone calls. It is located at the prestigious resort community of High Grove.

With 2,070 square feet of air conditioned living space, all of which is superbly furnished to a high standard, our house would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share.

Our upgraded villa comes complete with all the expected luxury amenities including 4 bedrooms (2 king sized master suites), 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, 5 HDTV all with cable.

Our game room comes with a pool table, foosball, air hockey that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Highgrove is a gated community with a peaceful Mediterranean style. Our guests can enjoy the many community facilities free of charge. These include a very impressive club house with game room, recreation center featuring a snack bar, fitness center, lounge area with internet cafe and a business center and reception area. Behind the clubhouse is a huge heated pool and spa. There is also a children's play area near the clubhouse.

Highgrove is ideally located at the intersection of I-192 and I-27. Some of the best golfing facilities in the world are just minutes away, such as Celebration, Disney's Lake Buena Vista, Falcons Fire, and Orange County National. Supermarket, shopping malls, restaurants are also close by - Super Walmart is less than 1 mile away.

Our primary goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable stay at our villa. To that end, we offer a highly recommended management company that is based locally and available 24/7 to ensure our guests' needs are taken care of.

Please be advised that no RVs, boats, or buses are allowed to park in any of the resorts where we have houses

Area Information

High Grove is a gated community of premium, Mediterranean design vacation homes that is situated at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 just 6 miles, or 10 minutes, by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom. All of Orlando's major attractions are within easy reach and there are also many golf and fishing venues close by. Numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Walmart within 1/4 mile.

This exclusive gated resort features attractive Adobe-style 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation homes with pools and terracotta pan-tile roofs on quiet, wide streets and boulevards. This executive community is a very popular vacation location stay for families visiting Disney and the attractions of Orlando.

The High Grove community club house features a pool table, gym and internet access, as well as a TV room and conference room for guests use. There is also a large communal pool and spa.

BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER

My husband, our daugther, son-in-law and 18 month old grandson just arrived home from our BEST VACATION EVER. The property is small enough for nice family moments while at the same time plenty of space for private time. We will definitely use this property again. The pool was a huge hit with our grandson. Thanks to Karen with the property management company. She helped me with some surprise gifts that i shipped to her, she had them in the house when we arrived. We will never use a hotel again............Thanks Andy for sharing your home with our family.

This was m,y first vacation rental property expereince. I will definitely use this rental property for 2012. The house is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Thep overall process to reserve the property was pleasant. The flow or the house, location and amenities were just what my family expected and received. The gated neighborhood was pleasant, safe and very inviting. It is within goodd distance to Orlando international, various restaurants, banking instituions and amusements parks. I willnever use a condo or hotel for my vacations in Florida. It was a warm inviting home away from home.

We had a wonderful Orlando vacation and really enjoyed staying in this house. It was so much nicer than any hotel or resort we have visited in the past. The house was very large and made it feel like a home away from home! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make some of our meals at the house. We had only two minor problems during our stay, and both were addressed right away. We really loved the pool and spa and the game room! We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future if we are able to return to Orlando!
