Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
This luxury villa is located on a cul-de-sac in one of Florida’s most prestigious, peaceful and newest communities, Glenbrook Resort.
Situated only 15 minutes from the gates at Disney, this villa is fully furnished to executive style . The home offers 2 spacious master bedrooms along with large en suite baths. 3 further bedrooms, 1 full sized bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms , offer 5 star accommodations. The house features two large living spaces which allow for enjoyment and relaxation at the same time. The kitchen is fully furnished and two dining areas complete the executive style amenities of the first floor.
Relax in comfort on lounge chairs around the large screened in pool and a spa which backs up to the lake and the conservation area, where guests can enjoy spectacular view. Recently added air conditioned games room includes ping pong table, foosball and pool table.
Situated across the street from the villa is community center. Here guests can use the large pool, volley ball and tennis court, games room, playground, community room including large screen TV and the gym.

Glenbrook Resort is located off route 27 near route 192. Prior to the entrance to the community is a newly constructed shopping plaza featuring a state-of-the-art Sweetbay Supermarket, several other stores and restaurants.
Located within minutes of Glenbrook Resort is all the shopping and convenience stores you will need to enjoy your stay. From CVS and Walgreens, to 7-11 gas station, from Wal Mart to Lowe's and Wendy's to Pappa John's, it's all close by.
Also short drive from the villa you will find a host of recreational activities, including numerous championship golf courses, miniature golf, off road ATV and 4x4 riding, and fishing in one of the 11-lake Clermont Chain of lakes. Not to mention the excitement of Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Universal Orlando and Sea World!

Fanatstic Family Orlando Rental- Close to Disney

This was the nicest house I have ever rented for a family vacation. Minutes from Disney, restaurants and supermarkets. What a gorgeous house, plenty of room with pool, jucuzi and lakeside to boot. Garage with pool table, ping pong table and fooseball, my children loved it and played until the wee hours of the night. Two huge masters and three other bedrooms. house has for bathrooms. House completely equiped with everthing a family would need. Kithen was a dream. Don't even look anywhere else, RENT THE HOUSE NOW!!! Richard
