Disney Vacation Rental Dream Home

This is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house in a quiet community only 15 minutes from Disney with all.

This is the only way to go to see Disney World for families of all sizes but especially for large families. It provides the ability for the family or friends to all be together say for a meal but also it allows room for the privacy that can be much needed on a long (or short) vacation with family and friends. The two master bedrooms even have direct access to the pool. The main access to the pool area is from the large great room through sliding glass doors which have an alarm on them to prevent little ones from “escaping” on their own. The doors from the master suites also have alarms. Should any of them
fail there is still a safety fence between the pool and the lanai as double security.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the usual appliances including a microwave, toaster, blender, electric teapot, coffee pot, crockpot, iron, and of course a full size range oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast nook with a table and 6 chairs in the kitchen area with a full size
dining table which seats six very comfortably directly across from the kitchen.

Adjacent to the dining area is the large lounge area/great room with a sofa, loveseat, and chair. You enter all the bedrooms from this area except the front bedroom. The great room seems even roomier with light flooding the room provided by sunlight through the skylights. As mentioned previously this room has the sliding glass doors to the lanai.

All bedrooms have TVs with DVDs. There are a limited amount of DVDs available. Since all tastes are different it is recommended that guests bring their own DVDs if this is a choice of entertainment. This is not necessary however since
there is cable television available.


Additionally there is free nationwide long distance and free WiFi provided. The subdivision has a children’s playground with swings and slides and basketball goal. There is a Pak N' Play and 2 strollers to assist you in your visit to the parks with the little ones.

There are several malls nearby as well as golf courses. It is only about 1 hour from the beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Just about a mile away is Lowe’s, Walmart, Walgreen’s, groceries, and restaurants. This home is in a new and developing community that has served to be very accommodating to our guests.
