Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental

The villa is very well maintained, clean, nicely decorated and close to all the attractions - but without all the traffic which you find on the I-4 and Hwy192. The home has a lovely pool and spa area if you want to swim or just sit and enjoy a quiet time in the Florida sunshine. The house is furnished with all the amenities so you just need to bring your personal belongings and come and enjoy your vacation. There is a games room to entertain you when you are home from the theme parks which has a pool table, an air-hockey game and a dartboard. The living-room has a television and there is a Wi-Fi facility and telephone. For your personal entertainment each bedroom also has its own television and CD player if you want to spend your own time alone. Both the Gulf and Atlantic Coast Beaches are only 60 minutes away.

Area Information

The villa is situated in the lovely Orange Tree subdivision 8 miles west of the Disney area and off Highway 27. The area, surrounded by orange trees, is nice and quiet and is made up of large homes. Access by road is simple. Whilst the location is about 5 minutes further than other rental homes this is part of its allure. There are supermarkets and restaurants within 2 minutes of the villa. There is a small children’s playground near the house, while elder children can entertain themselves with the games available or watch a movie. The villa is well located for visiting the numerous golf courses which Central Florida has to offer.
