Description of the Clermont vacation villa rental
The Villa is located within a private gated community with full air conditioning. Villa has its own private pool. Full size driveway for parking
Villa has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom consist of cable TV, bathroom with twin sinks, large bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.
Just updated the floors with hard wood floors all around the lv/rm and bedrooms . Kitchen also has new floor tiles.
All kitchen utensils, linen and towels provided. Dining Room seats 6 and looks over the front of the villa. The family room opens out through patio doors onto the deck and pool area.
Telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi for your internet use, just bring in your laptop.
Laundry facilities are conveniently situated in their own closet- this includes washer, dryer, and ironing.
In addition to the villa swimming pool, there is also a community swimming pool, basketball court and a play area, within our community area.
Shopping is nearby, including WallMart, WinnDixie, Sweet Bay, Publix and Lowe's. For eating out there are restaurants, pubs, Pizzerias and all major fast-food chains, Dunkin Donuts. All located within 2 miles.
Community has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog. villa was built in 2004
Enclosed screened in Lanai pool, plus fan over table in covered patio where you can also sit to eat or snack.
Large back yard for your sun tan, just drag out the enclosed chase chairs which is around the pool area
or spread your towels
National Training Center : 1935 Don Wickham Drive, Clermont, FL 34711 is approximately 10 miles away
If you are looking for a church on Sunday you will find friendly people, beautiful Gospel music and down to earth preaching at the Family Christian Center just a few miles north on Route 27, The Blessed Sacrement Catholic Church is also located just a few miles north left on RT 50 which intersects Rt 27.
Cagans Crossing is a new development where there are gym facilities and a newly opened wine bar ( 3 minutes away)
GOLF. Many fantastic golf courses are within easy reach and a short drive.
