This luxurious fully furnished and air-conditioned 5 bedroom 2.5 bath villa consists of a large living room and dining area with a tiled floor and patio doors leading to the covered lanai and 30 x 18 pool. Patio furniture with sun loungers are provided on the pool decking. The Pool area is fully enclosed and the back yard is fenced to provide guests with complete privacy and optional pool heating is available on request.
The main living area is equipped with luxury leather sofas, a spacious dining area, a large 42” premium cable LCD HDTV and DVD player. The Master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There are further two large queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. All five bedrooms are provided with LCD TVs with cable, ceiling fans and quality linen and beddings. A fully equipped kitchen provides all cooking and dining utensils you will need. The double garage has been converted into a large game room. It has a quality Pool Table and a large Air Hockey Table more than enough to entertain the family when not visiting the parks and attractions.
Responsive customer support is provided by onsite professional management company 24/7. Free long distance and local calls can be made in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Area Information
This five bedroom private pool villa is located in a peaceful Clear Creek community just off Highway 27 and very close to Highway 192 with a good selection of restaurants, shops and attractions. It is approximately 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and just a short drive to Sea World, Universal Studios, Lego Land, all other major attractions and some superb golf courses in the Disney area. Beaches on both East Coast and West coast are about an hour drive. Water parks including Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Wet and Wild and Aquatica are all nearby.
At the entrance to Clear Creek you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank.
There are a number of excellent golf courses including Reunion Resort and Champions Gate Golf are within minutes of the community.
