Looking for a charming and affordable cabin in the North Georgia area? We are close to everything in White County and offer easy access to Helen, Dahlonega and Cleveland! We are offering you an affordable, comfortable and clean log cabin with all of the amenities of home.
We take pride in our beautiful cabin and want to make sure that you have a fun and momorable experience while staying at The Cozy Moose. It is stocked with board games, puzzles, cards, a DVD library and has DSL wireless internet access. The cozy moose has a hot tub on the porch and right outside the front door is a beautiful picnic area complete with a fire pit, a picnic table and a charcoal grill.
We can offer this great price because we built this cabin ourselves with comfort and affordablility in mind, all along trying to save every tree that we could and having the least possible impact on this beautiful property. We strive to provide our guests with a memorable and relaxing get-away and we love to hear from our guests about how we made their vacation memorable. We look forward to hearing the same from you.
Area Description
We are located in White County, Georgia at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain range. This beautiful little corner of North East Georgia is home to the Alpine Village of Helen, as well as Cleveland - the home of the Cabbage Patch Kids! Also close by are historic Dahlonega and Hiawassee, Ga - the home of Lake Chatuge!
Enjoy a day in Alpine Helen, a great place to shop, hike, fish, go tubing, mountain bike, and swim. Enjoy Unicoi State park where you will find canoeing and paddle boat rentals, Smithgall Woods State Park for hiking and fishing, Lake Burton with pontoon rentals or Hiking at Brasstown Bald or Vogel State Park. Take the driving tour of our many local wineries or visit antique shops and local pottery shops. Horseback riding and rock climbing are also a short drive from our cabin. Don't forget to visit Babyland General Hospital, home of the Cabbage Patch Kids!
