Description of the Coalville vacation cabin rental

Vacation rental cabin by Lake Rockport. 15 minutes from Park City, 45 minutes from SLC airport. Gated community at Lake Rockport Estates. This cabin has two bedrooms and one bath. Bunkbeds in the one room sleeps two adults and two kids, a Queen bed in the other, a futon in the front room that can sleep one or two, and a port-a-crib for your little one. Fully stocked kitchen. Linens and soap provided. Washer and dryer included. Covered patio with propane gas BBQ. Outdoor fire pit. T.V. with DVD/VHS only. Beautiful views of the lake Rockport and mountains! Close to the Uintas! Enjoy biking, boating, ATV, fishing, hiking and most importantly the peace and quiet. No smoking.
$100 a night.
There is a (3) three night minimum stay over Holidays with the same rate of $100 a night. A $150 reservation/security deposit is required to hold your reservation, refundable within seven (7) days of departure. Accept payment via paypal. The water to the cabin is turned off in the winter, and is not available for rent December-April. Please email or call for reservations.

View of beautiful lake Rockport and mountains. Enjoy mountain biking/running the historic Union Pacific Park City Rail Trail. Access to trail head in Wanship, just down the road from Rockport. Swimming pool, Cardio/Weight traing, rock climbing wall, volley ball, etc, at the South Summit Aquatic & Fitness Center in Kamas 12 miles south of rockport.

• Deposits: A refundable reservation/security deposit of $150 is required. To make and hold your reservation, $50 must be received within one day of booking the reservation. The remaining $100 of the deposit and your payment in full is due 24 hours before your stay.
   
• Other Fees: No cleaning fee. We ask that you leave the cabin in the condition you found it, or deductions from your deposit may occur. Pets are permitted, a one time $20 per pet fee applies.

We loved this cabin. It has a wonderful view and an awesome covered porch to view it from. The cabin has plenty of extras to enjoy your retreat. It was very clean and well kept. I would stay there again.

We loved the cabin, the location. The cabin was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved just sitting outside taking in the beautiful scenery and watching the deer. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!
