Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

This Gorgeous Brand New Ocean Front 5th floor Penthouse has 3 bedrooms,2 baths, and 1700 sq.ft. of Living Space. Located in a beautiful gated community in Cape Canaveral we are right next door to Cocoa Beach. In fact, you can see the Cocoa Beach Pier from our PRIVATE Beach.

Our Beautiful condo has a fully applianced kitchen with a Center island, Granite Countertops, and is completely open to the dining and living room creating a wonderful space to entertain and live in. The kids will love eating at the breakfast bar too. The living room has 10 foot tall ceilings, crown moulding, and a 12 foot sliding patio door which when open invites you out onto the 400 sq.ft. balcony. The balcony looks over a green space where Peacocks are often seen. You have a wonderful view that goes on for miles but Our balcony does NOT face the water. I am one of the few owners that will tell you that up front. Be careful renting any unit that does not post pictures of their view from their balcony.

The Master suite has a 26" LCD Flat Panel TV, a sliding Patio door to the balcony, His and Hers climate controlled Walk in closets and a Master Bath. The Master Bath has a corner Garden Tub, Duel Mirrored Vanities, a Toilet closet, and a gorgeous ceramic tiled shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Walk in closet, and a Private Entrance to the second bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and an 8' closet. We have a Laundry Room with a Full Size Washer and Dryer and a soaking tub. We also have a private, enclosed garage under the building.

Our Condo is located in the Beautiful, Gated Community of Mystic Vistas which has 24 hour security. Constructed in 2006, it is the Newest and Last Ocean front building to be built in Cape Canaveral. If you are staying ANYWHERE ELSE, you are staying in an OLDER UNIT.

One of the best features of Mystic Vistas is the Secure, Private Access to one of Cape Canaverals Nicest beach. The water is warm and the beach is wide and uncrowded. But if you'd rather swim in a pool, we have 4. We have a beach side pool at the clubhouse, a full size lap pool, a family pool with kiddie pool, and a new heated kidney shaped pool with a hot tub and bathrooms. Please Don't let the price fool you. This place is GORGEOUS!

Remember, my balcony has a beautiful view of the sunsets but It does NOT face the water. It also does NOT face any other balconies. It has an unobstructed view as far as the eye can see. I have 6 months of 08' and 3 months of 09' booked already so hurry. This unit books QIUCK! Don't rent a condo, Rent a PENTHOUSE. Again, Never Rent a condo that does'nt have a picture of the view from the balcony.

World famous CoCoa Beach is just 1 mile down the road. The CoCoa Beach Pier can be seen from our beach. Jetty Park is also visible from your beach chair, as are Disney and Carnaval Cruise ships as they pass by. Port Canaveral is right next door offering a deep water canal for the large vessels. The smoke stacks of the ships can be seen from our balcony depending on which pier they use.

Dan was the best landlord! Every email I sent he responded to right away. Everything he said that would happen did happen. This place was amazing! It was the best family vacation we have ever had. The beach was just a few steps away. It was a very quit area. The locals in the building were so nice and helpful. We were able to see dolphins play in the ocean while we were playing on the waves. We saw sea turtles playing in the rocks. The local sea food is the best we have ever had. There isn't anything we would complain about except we had to go home. My kids loved it so much that they are begging us to go back for another 30 days.

Dan's Condo is absolutely gorgeous. I was very impressed just walking in the door. The unit is EXACTLY as he describes, Beautiful, Clean, and of course Brand New. The private garage under the building was great. Dan even let us use his Owners Transponder which allowd us to come and go thru the Owners Gate. I truely felt like a Big Shot staying here. My family was very comfortable and impressed as well. The Private beach was Awesome. We stayed for a month last summer and spent less money than if we stayed a week somewhere else. This was our first trip to the Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral area. We loved it. We will stay with Dan again. 5 STARS
