the house was perfect for us. Any problems or questions were quickly taken care of. The pool was very nice and heated. we were there the first 2 weeks of febuary therefore we needed the heater.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach; the weather was wonderful. We relaxed in your beautiful condo and visited several local restaurants. I especially appreciated the ground level entrance. We would definitely like to return! I would, however, recommend that immediate repairs be made to the Carrier unit in the closet just across the hall from the kitchen. It had a rather severe leak, seeping into the tile hallway and creating a slipping hazard.

We stayed at Sandcastles, Cocoa Beach, FL on A1A. The condo which was located on the beach was beautiful. Great location to all surrounding restuarants and shopping. The landlord, Joyce was very friendly and easy to work with. I would rent from her again.

Condo in need of interior update. Rugs need to be cleaned or replaced (unsanitary appearence, rolled them up and shoved them aside while there). Linens need replaced, very worn. Very disappointed, no direct ocean view (I thought I ask all the right questions before booking, but obviously you need to be smart when it comes to the beach lingo used in the description). Adequate amenities. The complex itself was in a great location. No toiletries upon arrival (toilet paper would of been nice). Nice pool. Cocoa Beach is a very nice vacation spot, in fact wouldn't remind retiring there.

The condo itself is nice but the little things that can make a difference were in bad shape. The air conditioner leaked badly and we had to clean up. The beach chairs advertised were not usable. The blinds in the main room were in bad shape. There is absolutely no ocean view from the condo. You have to step outside. The TV was great and the king bed was very comfortable.

We had a great time at Sandcastles #112. The location of the condo, on the ground floor very close to the beach, was very convenient. The condo was furnished very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Wireless internet access was great. I can't think of anything I'd change about the unit if I could.

Would Highly Recommend!!

My family and I had a wonderful time while visiting Cocoa Beach. The Sandcastles was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather and excellent restaurants! Our room was located on the ground level and we loved it! We had a beautiful grass area off the patio and it was wonderful when some friends of ours came to our room to visit! I would highly recommend The Sandcastles to others and we plan to stay there again next year. I would caution those with young children that not all the residents are Children Friendly. Some of the adults got called down in the pool area for tossing a ball with their 3 and 4 year old children. We had a boogie board to fall into the walkway before I could open the door and it was kicked out of the way by one of the residents. I was then told to "not obstruct the walkway." I apologized and explained that my daughter put it with the other boards beside the door and the wind below it over! Outside of that....everything was excellent.

Thanks Dean for having your Condo in perfect condition when we arrive. The free internet and longdistance calling was perfect for keeping in touch with work and family. Everything in the condo worked great and the 42 inch HD tv was a pleasure to watch. The view from the balconey was beautiful and I was able to keep my eye on the guys surf fishing. The first two days of surf fishing I caught a fish on the first cast. The pool was really clean and well maintained by the condo manager. We ended almost everynight with a soak in the hot tub. The location was perfect--walking distance to restaurants and a comedy bar. There is everything on the main street that you will need and more. Don't miss the Kennedy Space Center, Casino cruise, deep sea fishing and the cocoa beach pier. Thanks Tony DeFazio

My family and I stayed in Unit 112 which was ideally located steps from a great beach. the unit was clean and comfortable with a great bed in the master bedroom and a cool plasma TV in the living room. There was a nice heated pool and good tennis court on the premises. The building was well maintained Dean, the owner, was a very nice gentleman to deal with and we would be happy to stay there again. Sandcastles was centrally located and close to everything. A really good weekend for my family.

We had a fantabulous time at Cocoa Beach. The beach was not crowded, it was well monitored by the beach patroll, lifeguard as well as the Police. The Atlantic Avenue strip is great for shopping, Walgreens and Publix. The Condo was very clean, excellent location to get to the beach, and the back patio was my favourite in the evening where you could sit outside and listen to the ocean waves while having a glass of wine. The condo was well equiped with all amenities and a great king size bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would highly recommend this condo and location. It was a home away from home.
