This LUXURIOUS ground level unit is part of Cocoa Beach's nicest complex! Whether you are planning a relaxing vacation or a family getaway this unit gives you the space, privacy and exceptional location that will make for an unforgetable trip! This unit is not only family friendly and fully renovated, its ONLY 30 steps to the WHITE SAND and has a private walk out patio with an OCEAN VIEW. The master bedroom of this spacious 2 bedroom/bathroom unit has a brand new KING SIZE bed and the guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. New tiled floor was added, along with new stainless steel appliances, a 42" PLASMA tv, free wireless internet and free long distance calling! It is also the 3rd closest unit of all the Sandcastles units to the beach!
Great place to spend any amount of time! Gated heated POOL & HOT-TUB as well as private access to the white sand beaches! You can't forget about the SAUNAS and TENNIS COURT. Less than an hour from the Kennedy Space Centre and Orlando Airport. Cocoa Beach boasts great golf coures, restaurants, places to shop and much more.
We had a great time at Sandcastles #112. The location of the condo, on the ground floor very close to the beach, was very convenient. The condo was furnished very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Wireless internet access was great. I can't think of anything I'd change about the unit if I could.
My husband and I were very pleased with the condo in Cocoa Beach. The view was very pleasant. At night we could hear the waves. The condo was very clean. We would love to rent this again.
Thanks Dean for having your Condo in perfect condition when we arrive. The free internet and longdistance calling was perfect for keeping in touch with work and family. Everything in the condo worked great and the 42 inch HD tv was a pleasure to watch. The view from the balconey was beautiful and I was able to keep my eye on the guys surf fishing. The first two days of surf fishing I caught a fish on the first cast. The pool was really clean and well maintained by the condo manager. We ended almost everynight with a soak in the hot tub. The location was perfect--walking distance to restaurants and a comedy bar. There is everything on the main street that you will need and more. Don't miss the Kennedy Space Center, Casino cruise, deep sea fishing and the cocoa beach pier.

My family and I stayed in Unit 112 which was ideally located steps from a great beach. the unit was clean and comfortable with a great bed in the master bedroom and a cool plasma TV in the living room. There was a nice heated pool and good tennis court on the premises. The building was well maintained Dean, the owner, was a very nice gentleman to deal with and we would be happy to stay there again. Sandcastles was centrally located and close to everything. A really good weekend for my family.

We just returned from our vacation at Cocoa Beach and wanted to express our thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo. The decor is beautiful, beachy and very clean. We especially enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool. The new plasma T.V. was nice as well. Thanks for allowing my baby dog "Harley" to come along, he enjoyed his vacation as well. We definitely recommend this condo to other beach-goers.

We had a fantabulous time at Cocoa Beach. The beach was not crowded, it was well monitored by the beach patroll, lifeguard as well as the Police. The Atlantic Avenue strip is great for shopping, Walgreens and Publix. The Condo was very clean, excellent location to get to the beach, and the back patio was my favourite in the evening where you could sit outside and listen to the ocean waves while having a glass of wine. The condo was well equiped with all amenities and a great king size bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would highly recommend this condo and location. It was a home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and also enjoyed Cocoa Beach. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The access to the beach was great. We really appreciaeted having the beach chairs, toys, etc. waiting for us so we didn't spend money on things we would only use once. Everything was great with this condo and with our trip.
