Sandcastles Unit #402 is the perfect place for a family vacation or a
place to get away and relax. The complex has everything you would need
including heated pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts. It is
DIRECTLY on the beach, and the view from the unit is spectacular (just
look at the picture below!)

The unit is only 2 miles from the pier and Ron Jon's, a short drive to
the shuttle launch pads, and only 45 minutes from Orlando! There is
plenty to do in the area including water sports, golf, shopping,
restaurants and family activities.

Required Stay: Varies depending on time.
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: 50% at signing. Remaining 50% 1 month prior. If paying my credit card, that is your damage deposit. If my cheque, a seperate security cheque is required but is NOT CASHED unless something is stolen. Just for security measures.
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee is INCLUDED in the price.

Enjoyed the condo, July 1, 2008

Enjoyed the condo and the Cocoa Beach area. Only problem was the elevator code was incorrect and the vertical blinds in the bedroom were in need of repair. We had to put up beach towels to cover the windows. We notified the owners who said they knew about the problem and would fix it later. I think that should have been fixed if you knew about it. The elevator code we had to ask around and wait about 10 minutes before someone came around to let us upstairs and they told us the number that they used 801.
