Linens, towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, skim boards, are all included. Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher are also in the condo. Rest & relax with the 3 TVs with cable,DVD, VCR, CD! Just a few minutes down the beach and you are at the pier where there are many more restaurants, shops and even surf contests.

The property itself includes the BEACH, a heated pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. From the beach you can watch the shuttle launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The Center itself is only 20 min away.

On one side you have the ocean and the other you have the Banana River. Great for fishing and other water sports! Surf lessons just a short walk down the beach. Golf and Gym within 5 minutes!

This two story complex is located just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop. It is only an hour drive to Disney World and the Orlando Airport. The cruise lines are also a close drive away.
