Unit is completely outfitted and has been recently updated with new paint, carpeting, furniture, mattresses, linens and towels. There are 3 TVs -- 1 in each bedroom and 1 in Living Area. Washer Dryer in unit. Beach rentals available on the beach. Everything is here to make your stay comfortable and the location cannot be beat next to the Cocoa Beach Pier where you will find open air dining, shopping, fishing, volleyball and parasailing. Very clean, great location - steps away from the beach. Owner very professional. A home away from home.. Could have had larger beach towels! Will recommend/stay again if on vacation in Cocoa Beach.

Our family had our first trip to Cocoa Beach. During our stay we drove around the town and found that we had the best location! Having to only walk down about 10 steps to the pool was prefect with little kids. The beach was great and plenty of action at the Pier. We loved being at the beach and being able to experience Orlando attractions. Easy drive to Orlando from the condo. We recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation at the beach or even attending Orlando attractions. The owner was great to work with.

The townhouse was everything that we expected and more. Very clean, and contained everything needed for a great trip. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the beach, pool and calm9ng ocean sounds. I would recommend this location to anyone and I will definitely return when I plan my next trip to Florida.
