Glad to use this vacation rental site on line, was able to pick a nice condo with all the amenties I wanted, parking, pool, sandy beach at the ocean. Close to all the attractions. Deep sea fishing was enjoyed. Area was safe and clean. I would recommend this to everyone. Very relaxed now......weather was great too!!

My husband and I just returned to Pa. from Cocoa Beach, Florida. We stayed for the month of January at the Diplomat. The condo was very nice and a short walk to the beach. I would recomend this condo. We had a small issue and the owner was quick in fixing the problem. That's always a plus to go back and stay next year. The people and the weather was awesome, try it, you'll like it!!!!!

Clean, compact, and surprisingly quiet, considering the nearness to A1A. The short walk to the private beach was perfect. We spent most of our time on the beach. We would use this condo again.

The property manager was so very helpful and quick to reply when arranging this trip. The unit was as described and was very close to the water indeed. The ad says includes use of pool, but we didn't see a pool anywhere close by...other than that, it was a very quaint, clean, neat little place to spend a few days on the beach relaxing after a trip to Disney!

This was a good clean unit convienient to beach. We came to Cocoa Beach to watch shuttle launch and we were happy with location and the unit we stayed in was very clean and well outfitted for our stay.

We had a great stay here at this condo. Steps away from the beach, condo had everything you need, owner was very nice and neighbor Gary was nice and helpful about the area. The only thing I would of liked to had was a extra tv for the kids. Thanks for everything Barbara, our visit was wonderful and can't wait to go back to Cocoa Beach.

Very nice place to stay at the Vista Del Mar. Will definitely go back! Everything you needed to make your beach stay wonderful was in the Condo. The pool was clean and the Beach was beautiful. Definitely recomend this place for a family vacation!!

Cape Winds was very clean in every aspect: Rooms, pool, hot tub, grounds, etc. Steps away from the beach and not far from good restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone..

This property is located exactly in the middle of the way to the pool and the beach. The owner, Barbara is awesome, nice, friendly and straight to the business. The condominium is older, but the unit is clean, has everything you need. Beach area is very private, the pool is just OK. There are tennis courts with tennis rackets and other game equipment too. Great deal for the money.

The owner, Barbara, was so lovely and very welcoming- if I ever had any questions/problems (I couldn't figure out how to work the tv/dvd combo) she was on it that day. The condo really is just a few steps from the beach and the neighbors are nice as well. The condo was stocked with everything you may need- from beach towels & umbrellas to toliet paper and dishwashing liquid- allowing me to feel that much more at home! It's also 1 1/2 blocks away from a major groccery store, Blockbuster, a coffee shop and a short distance to Ron Jon's.... I never had to drive anywhere! If you want to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, I would recomend this place!

Wonderful Vacation

My family of 4 stayed comfortably in this condo during the holidays. It was clean and well furnished. Having two little boys, the washer and dryer was a HUGE plus. Lots of closet space and the kitchen had pretty much everything that we needed (I think we only bought a corkscrew). The beach is beautiful, and a short walk away. We'd defintely consider returning to the same place.

I would recommend this condo to anyone! It was very clean and homey and the owner has thought of everything possible to make your stay wonderful. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach is beautiful. There were very good seafood restaurants closeby and Ron Jon's is open 24 hours! The owner is very accomodating and will go out of her way to please you! I can't wait to return.

Set back RELAX and vacation

Our family stayed here July 2007 and believe it was one of the best vacations ever. The Condo was very clean, the owner one in a million. She made us feel like we were at home.
