Cocoa Beach Property Conveniently located (#27515)

Write a review We had a great stay here at this condo. Steps away from the beach, condo had everything you need, owner was very nice and neighbor Gary was nice and helpful about the area. The only thing I would of liked to had was a extra tv for the kids. Thanks for everything Barbara, our visit was wonderful and can't wait to go back to Cocoa Beach. Very nice place to stay at the Vista Del Mar. Will definitely go back! Everything you needed to make your beach stay wonderful was in the Condo. The pool was clean and the Beach was beautiful. Definitely recomend this place for a family vacation!! The condo was very nice. It was the right size for a family of four. Beach access was easy. Nice swimming pool and other facilities. This property is located exactly in the middle of the way to the pool and the beach. The owner, Barbara is awesome, nice, friendly and straight to the business. The condominium is older, but the unit is clean, has everything you need. Beach area is very private, the pool is just OK. There are tennis courts with tennis rackets and other game equipment too. Great deal for the money. The owner, Barbara, was so lovely and very welcoming- if I ever had any questions/problems (I couldn't figure out how to work the tv/dvd combo) she was on it that day. The condo really is just a few steps from the beach and the neighbors are nice as well. The condo was stocked with everything you may need- from beach towels & umbrellas to toliet paper and dishwashing liquid- allowing me to feel that much more at home! It's also 1 1/2 blocks away from a major groccery store, Blockbuster, a coffee shop and a short distance to Ron Jon's.... I never had to drive anywhere! If you want to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, I would recomend this place! My family of 4 stayed comfortably in this condo during the holidays. It was clean and well furnished. Having two little boys, the washer and dryer was a HUGE plus. Lots of closet space and the kitchen had pretty much everything that we needed (I think we only bought a corkscrew). The beach is beautiful, and a short walk away. We'd defintely consider returning to the same place. I would recommend this condo to anyone! It was very clean and homey and the owner has thought of everything possible to make your stay wonderful. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach is beautiful. There were very good seafood restaurants closeby and Ron Jon's is open 24 hours! The owner is very accomodating and will go out of her way to please you! I can't wait to return. Our family stayed here July 2007 and believe it was one of the best vacations ever. The Condo was very clean, the owner one in a million. She made us feel like we were at home. The location was great with only a short walk to the beach (BEAUTIFUL). Everything you need, a night in watching movies or a good restraunt to eat out. Thank you Barbara we'll never forget CoCoa. The Bishop Family
