Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Located in famous, beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida, our Vacation Condo is nestled on the ocean front. We offer a very clean, attractive units for your stay. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach. Our Smoke-Free Condo has just recently had a Warm Tropical Palm style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR & Stereo in the living area.

From the very beginning of our rental experience, Keith handled us with professionalism and warmth. He responded quickly to any inquiries and provided all the details we needed to make our final decision. And we are certainly happy with our decision to stay in this lovely condo! Clean, modern, comfortable, and so many extras! While the rest of my crew surfed, I made use out of the umbrella, beach bag, and beach towels that were provided. And since we came in at the end of the mauve stinger (jellyfish) invasion, we even found vinegar in the condo which came in handy for a few stings!! We also had a great view from the balcony to watch the ocean in the shade during the hottest parts of the day. Thank you for a much needed relaxing vacation!

* Keith, It was an incredibly wonderful week!! The condo is spectacular - just as advertised!! It has so much room, which was perfect with the baby and her 'stuff'. While we enjoyed(especially my son and daughter-in-law) visiting the pier, I was glad we weren't right by it. The beach in that area is lovely. I couldn't get over how wide and beautiful it is there. My biggest problem was the fact that we went to the Sunset one night for dinner and loved it so much we ended up going a few more times, so I had to leave way to food for waste. Thank you so much for help. I can see a tradition in the making. It is a perfect way to spend time with my son and family. You were very helpful and gracious! ~Linda

* Keith & Ann, We wrote in your book at the condo, but would like to Thank You again for the use your beautiful condo. It was very spacious & worked out very well for all of us. You really don't need anything while staying there except your own food. I even had to use the phone book to find a verizon wireless store, as my older son sat in the hot tub with his cell phone on his hip! Everyone had a great time! My other son, who was there to play baseball, well he won the tournament down there going undefeated. He said he did so well because of the good nights' sleep he got staying in the condo. (Who knows, if he becomes a famous baseball player, you can say he stayed in your condo when he was a teen - remember his name!) We looked at your pictures on the end table in the living room & you look like you have a lovely family. You are very nice & I'm so glad we went with your condo and would definetely stay there again next time. I want to thank you again for helping us out at the end of our stay, it was a blessing and we truly appreciated it. Our flight home was only delayed 45 minutes and we landed around 10:00 pm. I cleaned the condo before I left as best I could. I appreciate your hospitality and your concern for us while staying there. Have a great rest of the summer & I'm sure we'll be in touch again. Mary
