Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Cocoa Beach, two bedroom, two bath condo on the beach. Beautiful unobstructed seventh floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

Fully furnished with full kitchen, all linens and towels. Heated pool and spa. Cable TV in every room; VCR, DVD, Stereo with CD player. Washer and dryer in unit. You will have everything you need including beach chairs. Queen bed in master, 2 double beds in second bedroom. Contact us for additional picturers and/or information.

This is a beautiful unit recently updated with tile floors, new light fixturers, designer decorated with a sweeping ocean view. Easy walking distance to dining and entertainment. We'll do our best to meet your rental requirements so please contact us. We also own a second unit next to the cocoa beach pier should you need two. Popular weeks book well in advance so don't delay!

45 minutes to Disney, Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the theme parks. Kennedy Space center is 20 minutes. Dining is withing walking distance and there is plenty to do in the immediate Cocoa Beach/Cape Caneveral area.

A nice place to relax after a mini vacation to Disney World. Quiet place to unwind; the condo had everything we needed, just a few groceries that we picked up just dwn the street at Publix. The ocean was an escape from cell phones and computers. Thanks Pat and Kathie!
