Enjoy Breathtaking Views from the Master, Living, Kitchen and Dining rooms! Watch the beautiful Florida sunrise from the privacy of the Master Bedroom or Balcony overlooking the Ocean! This condo also has terriffic views from the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own entry. The third bedroom has another Queen bed and Twin Bunk beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. This condo is an end unit - so there are extra windows throughout.

Take a nap or relax in the reclining outdoor chairs on the balcony. There is always something different to see everyday. It's fun to watch the cruise ships come and go from the balcony. Swim in the heated pool or in the ocean!

This bright, open and airy floorplan is located on the 3rd (Top) floor - with elevator access! This is a great home away from home! If you are lucky enough to visit the beach, then you are lucky enough! We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Your vacation home is located between the 800' Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's. Stroll down the beach to the pier for some live entertainment, a meal or to go fishing at the end of the boardwalk. Within a 10 minute drive you'll find the Merrit Island Mall, the Movie Theater, lots of great restaurants, fast food and the hospital.
