Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Welcome to Unit 503 at Chateau By The Sea, part of the Stay In Cocoa Beach family!

This RENOVATED PENTHOUSE unit is directly next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes walk to the Famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the Pier and Ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals. The balcony is great given its southern exposure, which offers a view of the ocean and the most sunlight!

The condo has been fully renovated and offers a plasma TV (300+ channels / 150+ HD), full linens, towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer (in unit), full kitchen, high speed wireless internet and free long distance calling. Basically there are all the comforts of home and more! The condo is also pet friendly and can comfortably fit up to six people. The condo is always kept very clean and you will rarely find a condo that is this well done inside!

The area is home to great golfing, deep sea fishing, cruise ship casinos, the Kennedy Space Centre and much more! Interested in visiting Disney, SeaWorld or Universal Studios? They are only 45 minutes away and you can stay on the beach!

I recommend you compare this unit to others out there, you will rarely find a condo in this location with this quality of an interior. This is also far superior to what you will see at hotels so you get better value.

Walk to everything!

This charming condo had everything we needed on hand to make us feel at home. the free wi-fi and phone were very convenient to keep up with the news. The cond is just a 1/2 block from the Cocoa Beach Pier and within walking distance to shops, and restaurants as well as a grocery store. The balcony was a perfect place to for relaxing and taking in the views of the beach and catching that wonderful breeze off the ocean. We were there for two weeks , so having a washer and dryer in the condo was an added bonus. We will definitely be rebooking this unit for our next vacation in Cocoa Beach .

Good condo owner to deal with

My stay was perfect the unit 503 was very clean and neat. The morning view was breathtaking looking out to the Atlantic. This unit was in a good location just a short walking distance to the pier and surf shops. Just a note the restaurant at the end of beach front is very good, the seafood was very good
