Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

This one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in an ocean front complex on the closest beach to Orlando.
Great for family fun, romantic getaways or 2 couples vacationing together, the condo is on the 5th floor and has beautiful and relaxing southeast ocean views from the spacious private patio. The master suite has a king size
bed, private bathroom and TV. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a second TV with a DVD and
VCR - room for everyone to spread out! A second bathroom allows this condo to easily accommodate either 4
adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children.

You get all the amenities of home with this well furnished condo. Cook your own meals if you like in the fully
equipped kitchen complete with all dinnerware, utensils, dishwasher and microwave. Or, dine out in one of the
areas many great restaurants if you 're tired from playing on the beach in the Florida sun all day! There are several grocery stores and many excellent restaurants within a few miles of the condo, so you don 't have to go
far to get all your favorite foods.

There is a large heated pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy year round as well as lighted tennis and basketball courts all
on this property for your use. The grounds are immaculately clean and maintained. The Atlantic Ocean is just outside the complex 's private gated pool area so you can enjoy endless hours of swimming, surfing, wake
boarding, or relaxing in the sun just steps from your condo. It's romantic for couples and incredible fun for
families. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and wake boards.

Area Description

If you 're interested in finding more advanced beach gear, fishing, rentals, beach volleyball and other activities, Ron Jon 's World Famous Surf Shop and the bustling Cocoa Beach Pier is only 2 miles down the street. Port Canaveral is minutes away by car, so you can hop on a gambling boat excursion for the day with Sterling or Sun Cruz, or add a Carnival or Disney Cruise on to your stay. Kennedy Space Center is nearby to explore, or book
this condo during a shuttle launch for a one of a kind experience you will never forget!

This condo is also in a great location to enjoy all of what Central Florida has to offer. We are only 45 minutes
away from the Orlando airport. Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks are
an easy hour drive on the Beach Line expressway (Hwy 528) from the condo. No need to put up with endless Orlando traffic, stay at this condo and drive in for attractions during the day and then return to your beachside retreat at night. This condo is on the closest beach to Orlando, so have the best of both worlds.

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach, we loved it. Great places to walk, ride bikes and explore. Wonderful restaurants to visit or relaxing dinners on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very quiet, perfect for relaxing or playing. Kite boarders and surfers to watch or just sit and read on the beach. We would really recommend staying here.

Our condo at Cape Winds Resort was awesome! We found it clean and comfortable with all the amenities for a great vacation. We had a wonderful view of the sunrise over the ocean from our deck,and enjoyed walking on the beach, as well as the short distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. There were many good local restaurants and nearby attractions, and the people in the resort office were very friendly and helpful. We would definately consider returning in the future.

My husband and I just returned after 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. Nice condo in well maintained building with friendly staff. Loved sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean! Great beach for boogie boarding and watching surfers. Pool was nice and comfortable for laying out and a quick dip, but we found the ocean water to be warmer at this time of the year. Quiet residential area, great beach for long walks, short drive to restaurants, movies, shopping and local sites. Great place for couples and families. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved it! It was spotless inside, and they provided everything, and I mean everything!! The view is magnificent, and the price cannot be beat!!! The owners were super nice and understandable. We were on our honeymoon, so comfort and relaxation was much needed, and this condo provided even more! The best!!! We recommend it to everyone!

This is a wonderful place to stay. I would consider staying here again. Very clean with a wonderful view and just a short walk to the beach. As being a single parent I enjoyed feeling safe and was impressed with the security gates around the pool. The area is beautiful, friendly people, it was like home away from home.
