This Oceanview Condo is Florida Beach living at its finest. This luxury condominium complex was built in 2005.
This condo is in Cape Canaveral, the city that borders This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that will accomodate adults and children. Awaken to the sound of waves breaking the shoreline, and enjoy the sunrise from your large, private balcony facing the ocean. Private beach access is just several feet from this unit and you may use the onsite tennis court, gym (must be notified in advance for these keys) and swimming pool during

The condo is beautiful. This is listed as a beachfront condo and it is except it is on the 2nd floor so you cannot see the ocean from the condo. There are certain spots you can stand and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean but you cannot sit on the balcony or in the living room and see the ocean because it is obstructed by the plants/weeds growing between the complex and the beach. I was disappointed in that aspect but overall condo is great!
