Beautiful Ocean front condo with a spectacular view of the Ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo is directly on the ocean with a private entrance to the ocean and an amazing view from the 4th floor. There is a large balcony overlooking the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. This is unit number 43 in Cocoa Beach Towers.

This condo has been renovated in June '07 with all new tile in the kitchen and family room. New sliding doors overlooking the ocean. New bathroom fixtures and tile flooring in both bathrooms. Freshly painted throughout with very tastefully chosen colors. New ceiling fans added to the family room and both bedrooms. The kithcen is fully equipped with everything you need. This is a beautiful place with a beautiful view.
Included are lots of little extras for you to use at no extra charge - free portable crib, blender, mini-crockpot, small cooler, books,beach chairs, beach umbrella, children's games and puzzles, Boogie board, and noodles. Or book 2 weeks in January for only $1700 plus tax and cleaning Sept through December 21st $950 November 17th - 24th - $1,195 for the week Dec 21st - February 28th $1095 March 1st - April 18th $1,195 June, July and August $1095 per week. Contact me for special monthly rates. November for only $2500 plus cleaning and tax Jan 3rd - 31st for only $2900 Our 3 bedroom Sept 1 - 27th only $3000 Our 3 bedroom Oct, Nov or Dec only $3200 per month.
