Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

The beautiful cocoa beach area. Private beach from the condo, private pool area,picnic tables, basketball and bachi courts. Condominium has a balcony, with 1 bedroom,living room, dining area, working kitchen, small walkin closet and 1 bathroom with bath and shower, all airconditioned. Kitchen has all appliances, including a dishwasher. There is washer and dryer on the premises. The condo complex is three stories high. Plenty of parking. The condo has everything you need (linens, Utensils, etc. just bring food and your set).

Area Description

Walking distance to Ron Jons and shopping. Publix, walgreens, many restaurants to choose from. Walk on the beach to the cocoa beach pier, or watch the cruise ships pass, the shuttle launch or sailboats sail. Just relax and enjoy some piece and quiet. 3 miles from Port Canaveral cruise ships and casino boats. 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center.
