Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental
The completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is villa-style with 1,100 square feet of living space, central air, an additional screened in patio and a beautiful outdoor shower located in another private outdoor lanai. Two parking spaces are located in front of condo. The master bedroom is newly carpeted with a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, with a walk-in closet. The master bath is newly tiled with tub/shower, vanity and medicine cabinet. The second bedroom is newly carpeted with two twin beds, night stand and dresser with a large walk-in closet with sky light and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have a 22 inch LCD flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom TV has a built in DVD player. The second bathroom is newly tiled with tiled shower, granite vanity, linen closet and medicine cabinet. The living room is newly tiled throughout with new leather love seat, couch, coffee table, two end tables and entertainment stand with a 40 inch LCD flat screen HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave) and new oak cabinets. The breakfast room is newly tiled with table, 4 chairs and kitchen vanity. The laundry room with new washer and dryer off is off of the breakfast room. There is a newly tiled screened in patio off of the living room. The outdoor community pool is gated, solar-heated in winter months. There is an indoor hot tub and community room for your use. The 7th Street Beach is just 250 ft. from the complex!

Located in the desirable south Cocoa Beach area, with stores, restaurants and shopping minutes away. Port Canaveral 20 mins away, Orlando-Disney 45 mins away.

Wonderful getaway!

Very much enjoyed my extended stay in this fully-equipped, spacious and very comfortable townhouse condo. It was very well situated - close to all major shopping, highways, and the beach yet I enjoyed my privacy at the same time. I am very much looking forward to going back next year!!!
