Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Constantly upgraded, Unit #404 includes comfortable furniture, tiled walk-in bathroom, two balconies, one off the master bedroom, TV’s and DVD/ VCR Players, Fast DSL Internet Access, and a kitchen and linen closet stocked with every item needed, including beach towels and all soaps. The view from both balconies is a great Beach View for a beautiful Sunrise in the morning and a Sunset over the River in the evening. With all that, there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

We also provide you with a couple of beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach. If you bring very young children, we will provide some toys for the beach and pool especially for them, which can include booster seats and a beach tent. There are a few toys for older children, too; such as, boogie boards
