Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Newly updated and tiled throughout, Unit #509 includes comfortable furniture, two TV’s, and an open kitchen. The living room, besides having some of the largest sq. footage in the Chateau, has a fabulous view to the beach and Pier; not to mention overlooking the pool. The master bedroom with its own bal- cony has the same view. The kitchen and linen closet are stocked with every item needed, including beach towels and all soaps; plus there is a Washer and Dryer in the unit. As a bonus, the Unit has Wireless Internet Access.

We also provide you with a couple of beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach. If you bring very young children, we will provide some toys for the beach and pool especially for them, which can include booster seats and a beach tent. There are a few toys for older children, too; such as Frisbees
