Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Completely tiled throughout, Unit #508 includes all new comfortable furniture, new TV’s and DVD/ Players. The living room, which has the most square footage in the Chateau, has a fabulous view to the beach and Pier; not to mention overlooking the pool. The kitchen and linen closet are stocked with every item needed, including beach towels and all soaps; plus there is a Washer and Dryer in the unit. As a bonus, the Unit has Wireless Internet Access.

We also provide you with a couple of beach chairs, mats, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach. If you bring very young children, we will provide some toys for the beach and pool especially for them, which can include booster seats and a beach tent. There are a few toys for older children, too; such as, boogie boards
