Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation? Look no further - Cape Winds 507 has it all.

This PENTHOUSE, OCEANFRONT condo unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a unique DOUBLE WIDE BALCONY. You can walk onto the huge balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. You can even see the ocean when you are lying in your cozy king bed! The balcony has a table and 4 chairs as well as two recliners and a small table.

The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances and all of the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make a special meal! There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats 6.

The living room has a leather wrap around couch that can also pull out into a bed. There is also a 52" PLASMA TV with a DVD player for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has brand new bed set with a KING bed, TV, DVD Player, walk in closet, a VIEW OF THE OCEAN, access to the balcony and an ensuite.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV.

There is also a WASHER and DRYER right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach umbrella.

The Cape Winds complex has a HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, TENNIS COURTS, BASKET BALL COURTS, direct beach access, covered parking and an elevator.

Area Information

The condo is perfectly situated on a beautiful stretch of beach only 1 mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 15 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes to Orlando (airport and Disney) and right next to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping!

Home away from Home

Our stay was wonderful, the unit overall had a beautiful view of the ocean and was located within walking distance to everything we needed. The only thing we did not care for was that the pool closes at 6pm, and we have kids who like to swim at night. Otherwise it would have been a 5 start stay!
