This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the wonderful Cape Winds complex!

The unit is completely tiled throughout and boasts a double wide balcony that you can access from both the Master Bedroom AND the living room! The condo directly faces the ocean and walks out onto the grass area. Walk only 20 more steps and you are on the beach!

The ground floor unit gives you easy access to the beach and all of the amazing amenities that the complex provides including a heated pool, hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts and direct beach access. Not to mention you are only minutes away from the Pier, Ron Jons, restaurants, a grocery store, shopping, Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center!

The kitchen has been fully renovated and includes granite countertops, maple cabinets and new appliances. The master bedroom is complete with a massive King Ashley Canopy bed set. The living room has a 42" Plasma TV and a pullout couch. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.

The condo comes with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella.
