Welcome to Unit 52 at Cocoa Beach Towers, part of the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family!

This DIRECT OCEANFRONT PENTHOUSE unit boasts an unbelievable view of the ocean, heated Oceanside pool and the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! You are only a few steps to the pier, which boasts fishing, volleyball, surfing, dining and much more. The complex offers guests a very large heated oceanfront pool as well as a tennis court.
This is a very spacious and comfortable unit (1160 sq ft), making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. High speed wireless Internet, long distance calling and covered parking are provided free of charge. There is even a 50' plasma TV in the living room. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen & beach items etc).

The condo can comfortably fit up to six people (King, 2 Twin Beds & Sofa Sleeper). The condo is always kept very clean.

Area Information

The area is home to great golfing, deep sea fishing, cruise ship casinos, the Kennedy Space Centre and much more! Interested in visiting Disney, SeaWorld or Universal Studios? They are only 45 minutes away and you can stay on the beach!
