Welcome to Unit 206 at Chateau By The Sea, part of the Stay In Cocoa Beach family!

This is a truly spectacular, DIRECT OCEANFRONT CORNER unit that is perfect for your next vacation! You are only seconds away from the Pier, which boasts fishing, volleyball, surfing, dining and much more. The complex has a large heated oceanfront pool as well as a one of a kind 360 degree rooftop terrace. This is perfect for viewing launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! The view from the balcony is great given it directly faces the pool & ocean!

The unit is very comfortable and is stocked with everything you need (towels, linens, beach supplies and a full kitchen). There is free wifi, a plasma TV and in unit washer & dryer.

The condo is also pet friendly and can comfortably fit up to six people and is always kept very clean.

The area is home to great golfing, deep sea fishing, cruise ship casinos, the Kennedy Space Centre and much more! Interested in visiting Disney, Sea World or Universal Studios? They are only 45 minutes away and you can stay on the beach!
