Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

This bright airy ground floor corner unit is the perfect compromise between convenience and privacy.

The entire unit has porcelain tile throughout. The open concept living room + dining room has a full kitchen table, a sleeper sofa and a 52" plasma TV. There is also free wireless internet, long distance phone calling and a washer and dryer for you use.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a flat screen TV, two huge window for light, a walk in closet and an ensuite.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite.

There patio off of the living room and master bedroom opens out onto green space while the oceanfront heated pool, beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier are only steps away!

Area Information

The unit is located right next to the Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! You are also very close to Ron Jons, Downtown Cocoa Beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The Kennedy Space Center is only 15 minutes away and you are only 45 minutes from Disney and the Orlando Airport!

Rate Information
Low Season: Sep-Dec ... $600-$ 900/wk.
Mid Season: May-Aug ... $700-$1300/wk.
High Season: Jan-Apr ... $800-$1500+/wk.
