Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental

Have a GREAT vacation in The Conquistador Unit 105 with all furniture, kitchen cabinets and appliances.

Beautiful comfortable clean ground level condo right on the beach with heated pool right outside patio doors! Surfing, relaxing, shopping, etc.

40" High Definition TV with cable and a Blu-Ray player hooked to it.
High speed Internet access is free.
Kitchen has all amenities: Oven, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Toaster Oven.
Utility room has both washer and dryer.

The complex has beach access, a large pool & tennis courts across the street at our sister building. You are near many great restaurants, Port Canaveral, the space center and you will be on the closest beach to the Orlando attractions. You are right behind Ron Jon's and The Cocoa Beach Surf Company.

Nearby Merritt Island & Melbourne have a nice Malls with movie theaters and there are many additional restaurants. Ocean kayaking or on the more tranquil Banana River is also a fun opportunity.

The beach is quiet near the condo but if you like a little more action, the pier and some ocean front bars are nearby for your entertainment.

Area Information

Close to all Disney locations, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, too many to list! There is more to do in this area that can be imagined. Merritt Island is right next door and Melbourne about 13 miles away. Both have malls. Right next door to Cape Canaveral where rockets lift off regularly. It's absolutely wonderful. Other owners in the complex are wonderful, respectable and quiet.

Cocoa Beach is one of the closest beaches to Orlando and is only minutes from Kennedy Space center. There are many restaurants in the area, some of our favorites are the Lobster Shanty in South Cocoa Beach, Sunset Grill on 528 just before you get on the causeway, the Atlantic Ocean Grill on the Pier and Grills at the port. We also enjoy a short walk to the the Cocoa Beach Pier. But being right on the beach so that we can go out for an early morning walk and watch the sunrise as we walk along the quiet beach is our very most favorite thing about our vacations to Cocoa Beach. Lori Wilson Park is nearby and it is a great place for a picnic or a walk through the 'jungle'.

Pool Front

April 18, 2013

We rented this unit for 3 months this winter. It looks directly onto the heated pool and only 100 steps to the ocean. It was great to have the extra bathroom. It's ground level so parking and carrying things in & out was very easy. The landlord and neighbors were all very friendly. We could walk to shopping & restaurants. We loved the area and are coming back again next year.
