This inviting bungalow cottage offers two separate living spaces, one upstairs, and one downstairs. Each unit offers two bedrooms and one bath that will comfortably provide accommodations up to four people per unit. Fully furnished with all the necessary amenities, the cottage is an ideal location to spend a wonderful Cocoa Beach vacation. Wireless Internet, DVD player, off street parking, all kitchen supplies, towels, and linens are included. Laundry facilities are located on site at no charge. The upstairs unit offers a large deck for outdoor dining, with a nice partial ocean view. The downstairs unit provides easy access to the backyard area.
We are proud to offer Florida pet friendly lodging to our guests. The nicely landscaped backyard area offers security and place to play, (should you bring along a four-legged friend). A sunning deck with lounge chairs, and gas bar-b-q, are only steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of world famous Cocoa Beach & the Atlantic Ocean. Dog loved the yard and house.The house was clean and stocked Ok. I would have liked to have some more wash clothes and cooking pan.Al in all had a good time.Mark and Mike was there anytime we needed anything.

Comfortable and Cute

My sisters and I stayed in the bottom unit for a Sisters Weekend of looking through old photos, sharing laughs and wine as we sorted our parents collected memories. The apartment was cozy and a quiet location,right by the beach. Everything we needed was provided and we will certainly return. It was a good halfway point between Palm Beach County and Ocala. We had a great dinner at an Italian restaurant right up the street. We were told the furniture is to be updated,which would be a plus. The walls were freshly painted bright yellow and the towels provided were great!

Perfect, just as advertised!

This cottage was perfect for our beach vacation. The cottage was very clean and well appointed and being so close to the beach was very convenient for surfing and sunning. The weather was perfect,yet our beach area wasn't crowded and everyone using the beach was considerate of others. We made it a point to try a different local restaurant each night and really enjoyed it. The cottage is close enough to get to everything you need but not to close to be crowded. Will definitely visit again only next time longer! Thanks for everything!

Fourth of July week

We were able to rent this sweet cottage for the week of July 4th. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. While it isn't very big, it is cozy with a beachy feel. We stayed in the top unit with a nice size balcony/porch that faces east. This made it a cool place to have dinner and hang out in the late afternoon/evening. It is centrally located for shopping and eating and a three minute walk down a path gets you to the beach. A special memory will be watching the final launch of the Space Shuttle Atlantis from the beach. We would definately stay here again.

The home we rented in Cocoa Beach Florida was an excellent compromise between beach access, local amenities, and homely comfort. We were close enough to the beach to enjoy the swimming, running, and volleyball yet when we did get some rain we were comfortable in our little home away from home. The surrounding areas were not loud and obnoxious during the evening. The condo was off of the main road and the yard was fenced in (perfect for children and dogs alike) providing privacy and quite too.

My husband and I and two children stayed at this cottage this past February. We stayed on the first floor which was adorable...clean and homey with a wonderful yard, salty sea breezes, and sounds of the waves at night! The yard is all enclosed, safe for kids and/or pets, but also acts as a little "oasis"...beautiful flowers, comfortable lawn furniture, grill. The cottage is near the end of a quieter street....you are close to all the excitement of the area, yet you have this peaceful "home away from home" atmosphere to return to after a busy day sight-seeing, visiting the shops, or having a day at the beach. There are two floors to this adorable and quaint cottage. Though we stayed on the first floor, we had a glimpse of the second, as well....clean and cozy with a wonderful deck with great views of the ocean! You hardly know you have "neighbors", but the ones that come are friendly and respectful....you always feel as if you have privacy. The beach is a VERY short walk...very short and easy to shuttle back and forth for bathroom stops, lunch, etc. And we did it with small kids and tons of buckets and boats, etc etc!!! This should tell you how close and easy it is!! VERY easy and comfortable living for all age groups. Plus, the owners are trustworthy, very professional, but also very personable...they truly care about your comfort...hard to find when looking for a place via cyberspace...this was a VERY lucky find...we have already planned another stay for next year! We have stayed in this property several times, and find it a very relaxing place, since it is a duplex. Very easy access. Units are in need of some major updating though. Will really brighten up the unites Bathroom floor on top unit was weak/soft. Furniture/decor out-dated. All that aside it is still a nice location and restful spot. LOVE THE DECK. Owners are great to work with too!Will stay again, but would like to see some updating.

A Cozy Little Cottage

We came as a family of three (four, including the dog), and we were all very comfortable in this cottage. We were on the 2nd floor, and all our basic amenities were provided; we even had Wi-fi for our laptop. Even though people were staying downstairs during our visit, they were never a problem. The backyard was spacious and secure enough for our dog. The beach is only 5 minutes away; and we even had our own shower outside to wash the sand off when we returned. Most of Cocoa Beach's major attractions are nearby, and Cape Canaveral is just 20 minutes away. Grocery stores, drugstores, and surf shops are also only a few blocks away. We were in the middle of privately owned condominiums, so our slice of the beach was never crowded. One of the owners, Mike, was always available if we needed him, and visited often to check on the property. All in all, it was a very comfortable place to stay on the beach.

Pros: Though smaller that I expected, this cozy condo suited the two of us perfectly. The ceiling fans and a/c kept every room at a comfortable temperature. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking pans, utensils and tableware. There was an abundance of towels for the bathroom and beach. Ditto for the bedding. Beach chairs, boogie boards, mats and inflatables were stored outside and available at any time to take to the beach. DSL modem and cable TV enhanced our stay. Cons: Although nearby, you cannot see the beach/ocean from the 1st floor unit. The listing noted free long distance but since there was no phone, we couldn't test this claim. Aside from one roll of toilet paper, salt and pepper, the place was barren of staples. Soap, paper towels, kitchen towels, oil, sugar, spices, etc. would have been nice. Upstairs occupants constantly moved furniture - felt pads would decrease the noise of that. Expect to wake up to lawnmowers and garbage trucks daily.

This place was Great! The location to the beach and all the downtown shops was so nice. Everything that we needed was pretty much within walking distance of the house. The house itself was very clean and had everything that we could have thought of. Mike stopped in to make sure that everything was o.k. The washer and dryer were a godsend. My four teenage daghters were very happy and comfortable there as was I.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while we were in Florida to watch the STS-116 shuttle launch. The cottage was cozy and clean. The deck and big yard were perfect for gathering and visiting with friends and family (our group rented both the upper and lower apartments so we had the whole place to ourselves) and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners, Mike and Monica, were so nice throughout the entire process - before, during and after our stay. Mike stopped by almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed. When we made the initial reservation we were a bit worried because shuttle launch dates change so often, but they said they would work with us if there was a date change and they did. One of our cousins was the pilot for the mission so we really wanted to be there (and have a place to stay) to see him take off! We were very lucky to find a nice place with owners so friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks!
