This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in Cocoa Beach, FL on the canal! Enjoy sunset on your private patio, while you watch the dolphins and manatees! This home sleeps 6 comfortably. This home has everything you need for your vacation needs....linens, towels, full stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, on the canal and within walking
distance to the beach (5 blocks). two houses from the rental is a park on the open canal with built in bbq grills, a play area for the kids, benches and plenty of room for playing, a picnic, etc.
Come enjoy beach living and see what paradise is all about
this home rents for $800 and up per week, plus 11% tax, $45
processing fee and $125 cleaning fee. A refundable deposit is due
with the rental agreement.

Area Description
A1A ( Atlantic Ave) many attractions. Tourist shops (world
famous Ron Jons), night clubs, great restaurants, and of course the
beaches.
Activities and Attractions
There are many activites to do here in Cocoa Beach and the
surrounding area. Cape Canaveral has the pier which boasts beaches,
live entertainment and many restaurants, space attractions, Port
Canaveral has the Sea Food, Fish markets, Deep Sea Fishing, 3 day
cruises to the Bahamas, and an array of nightlife. Also just down
the road about 15 minutes is the quaint Cocoa Village with shops,
restaurants, and Pubs spotted throughout the Village. Finally there
is Orlando and all of its attractions just 45 min to 1 hour east on
the Beachline (hwy 528). Come and experience Cocoa Beach!
