The home is completely furnished and immaculately maintained and cleaned. It is located on beautiful and famous Cocoa beach on a quiet dead end street. Take a leisurely 90 second stroll to the end of the street and find a boardwalk over the dunes and onto the Beach.
-3 large bedrooms and 2 complete baths as follows:
-Master bedroom upstairs with 1 queen bed
-2nd bedroom upstairs with 1 queen futon, 1 single bed, 1 set bunks
-3rd bedroom downstairs 1 queen bed. Sofa in living room. Cot available on request
-High open cathedral ceilings in large living room area. -Nicely appointed kitchen that opens into a private fenced backyard complete with shade tree, deck and gas grill.
-Full bath downstairs and full bath upstairs
-Downstairs ceramic tile throughout, upstairs plush carpets. -Wireless Internet service.
-Home has complete living amenities including linens, towels, dishes, and more. Just arrive and settle in for a relaxing week at the beach

Perfect family rental

The house was perfect for our family! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The location was within walking distance to the beach and a park for the kids to play at. We would definitely consider this house for future trips.

Casual & relaxing at the Cape

The best were first impressions - the unit was very clean and basic ammenities were provided which made our arrival smooth without the need to go shopping for TP or towels or trash bags. We unpacked and went to the beach to relax from our long drive. Quiet neighborhood allowed us to enjoy the back deck and screened porch whenever we wanted. The bedrooms had great closet space with plenty of hangers - Beds were comfortable - pillows could have been better but we'll bring ours next time. Plenty of towels - no worries about adequate hot water for multiple showers. Even the outdoor shower was great for removing sand. The unit was a good size for our family - 4 adults and an 19 mos.child. The owners, Tim and Arlet, were very nice and responsive to our questions and requests. If we needed a quick fix they sent repair people the same day, time permitting. We lucked out with weather - we're definitely booking a return visit. Thank you Tim and Arlet!!
