Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation home rental

This wonderful executive beachfront home is located directly on the beach with 2,200 square feet of air conditioned living space and another 1,000 square feet of outside decks on the ocean. This is a two-story home with three large bedrooms, full kitchen, large family and dining room- All with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire downstairs is two large bedroom suites with a private bath and patio doors leading to a private access to the beach and ocean. The upstairs has a very large beautiful master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The family room also has a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch Television, a DVD or video or simply surf the Net on the home's computer. You can also sit on the balcony and sip Margaritas while you watch the cruise ships pass or playful dolphins jumping in the surf. The wrap around sofa opens on both ends into recliners and is also a sleeper and can accommodate two adults.

This beach front home comes complete with surf boards, boogie boards, beach bikes, beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs, beach chairs and beach umbrellas

Area Information

I have two beach houses to rent. One is fun and the other one is fun but more adult. This beach house is directly on the beach with sand literally coming up to all the rooms. Each room has a great deck facing the ocean and you will see the best sunrises in the world. Port Canaveral is less than a mile away with the best fresh seafood restaurants ever plus all the cruise ships leaving the Port pass right by the house. Spend a day taking a private ship out to sea deep sea fishing. Go to one of the 20+ golf courses in the area. Spend a day at the Kennedy Space Center which is 15 minutes away or spend a day at one of the Orlando attractions which are only 45 minutes away.

The area is beautiful, clean, safe and very private even though excitement is only five minutes away.
